Public Storage / no one answers their phones

We vacated our storage unit and waited almost 2 hours during their "lunch break" and no on showed up to provide the "necessary" move out paperwork. After several visits and numerous phone calls, we went online and requested a "move out". Still no response or returned phone calls. Now a month later they are still billing us for the rental or our unit after it was emptied, moved out and completely vacated.

Absolutely, the worst customer service experience one could imagine!!!
