Public Storage - employee

My husband and I are old customers of Public Storage, I had a unit for almost 7 years, 3 years ago, with no problems. I needed to rent out again another storage space, unfortunately my landlord sold the home we were living in and left us in a bad situation, so we are going to put the same exact furniture back that we had had in the unit 3 years ago. I applied for the storage space online 10x10 like I had before, the price was suppose to be that deal $1 plus tax and insurance, like I said we are familiar with Public Storage and there prices. Now when the girl name Lady from Public Storage 24-01 BQE called me, I explained to her that we needed the exact same storage space, and to make sure it was the unit with HIGH CEILING, I don't know much about sizes and storage's BUT my husband Victor is a mover for over 25 years and he told me to make sure that I tell them we need a 10x10 with high ceilings, I must of repeated it a few times, also she pulled up my old records and looked up our old storage space unit. I know she looked it up because she said (Lady is the name of your employee) that the old unit space was under my husband Victor's name. I needed to move my things in by Jan 1, 2016 but since it was only the Dec 19, Lady said we had until Sunday the 27th of Dec. In order to get the $1 deal, I explained to her that if she was sure that it was the same exact unit and that it would be better for us to go Sunday because we are unable to move in till Friday the 1st of Jan, she assured me it was. I also called Lady a few times during the week to verify the unit because I have to be out by Friday the 1st of Jan. So I was nervous about making sure it was still available by Sunday. If you guys check your phone records or recording you can verify that I called over and over again. This move is very difficult so I did not want any problems with anything. My husband Victor and I get there on Sunday, Dec 27, early, I knew the girl Lady was not working that day so we met with Keikei another employee of Public Storage. When she took us up to the 2nd floor to look at the unit my husband was so angry, before she even let us look at the space he knew it was the wrong size. I couldn't believe what was happening. Thank God, Keikei had another space available at the last minute. BUT THE PROBLEM is that now instead of the $1 deal we had to pay $137, the point is if we had to pay that amount we would pay it NOT A PROBLEM, if I had know from the beginning unfortunately, we are on a tight budget and it hurt us real bad, you are talking about over $100 difference that I did not have that I had to come up with. Like I said if I knew about it the 1st 2nd 3rd or 5th 6th time I called it would not have been and issue. If your employees DO NOT KNOW they should ask questions because I was VERY CLEAR not saying she's a bad person just saying it was irresponsible and I do not feel the same about Public Storage. I would like very much is someone from Public Storage can contact me. This happen 2 weeks ago and still no response, which is unacceptable. Like i said in my complaint I've used Public Storage before with no issues.
