On 2/24/18 i was advised that the non licensed property manager of river-lawn mobile home park financially bribed David Cogdill to impound both of our vehicles just only one of them isn't properly registered due to a title issue that will be resolved on 2/26/18. 530 am 2/24/18 Mr. cogdill's driver improperly hooked to my vehicle causing it to fall off the tow lift and a substantial amount of damage to the front end.
On 2/25/18 2;14 am one of the drivers was patrolling the neighborhood, tried to get to my car but stopped when he realized i was awake. the contract PTR has clearly states they are allowed to impound vehicles parked in the grass and street 24 hours a day 7 days a week there was two vehicles ( white jeep & red caviler) within 3 min walking distance of our trailer that were both parked in the street. the driver never once gave them a second look nor tried to impound any other vehicle in our park. the driver attempted to come back for either of my vehicles two more times 4;17 am and 6;20 am
This is harassment, unprofessional, invasion of privacy (illegally running my tags which cant be registered to vehicle until the title arrives) this a poor form of extortion and shows how corrupt the Mr.Cogdill and Ms Cosmo are.

Practicing illegal ways to tow cars and doing things fully in violation of the rules and regulations set forth by the department of consumer affairs for a reason very rogue attitudes.on 2/16/18 put the sticker on the car due to know tag then tow it this morning using the reasoning of improper tag which it was never re-tagged for that issue and this was all in black and white text messages as well and the verbal bodily harm threats amongst the drivers dragging the car off of jack stands that were under it causing damage, dropped the car 2/24 when got caught, tightened lugs up into a wheel that didn’t even fit the car causeing more damage, etc... and then no evidence of why the car was being towed when the “ so called manager “ dan and then the owner Dave and property over see person of contact for riverlawn mhp Olivia knew it would be legal on Monday so it was towed Monday morning at 630/7 am after two vehicles that could’ve been good towed got passed to just get mine and the night of 2/25 at 230am the heavy set big boy driver drove thru in the blue wrecker and tried to get it but I stood next to it and was in the truck alone and then like magical clock work 429am they re-arrived with both drivers all of a sudden and we’re going to attempt to take the car again and then slammed the wheel lift up banging in front of our home and be rude and then at 630am 2/26 were in a red Chevy and no before pictures were taken before the removal or hooking up of my property except by me just like pictures of the passed vehicles just to harrass me and mine which this is hemdering me from taking care of my family because the car was actually stolen in a way because the property person and owner up the anty and it’s crazy what bribes/extortion/blackmail etc will make a person do . All legal litigations have started in process thank you. And see world companies like this give the good guys bad names .

Agreed my point is the drivers aren’t interested in any other vehicles but mine they don’t enter the subdivision at all unless they turn on my street
I’m on the very first street very 1st house there’s only one way in and one way out

Appreciated reading your concerns.

As read, it would appear the concern is not that your vehicles are being towed -- as they "are allowed to impound vehicles parked on the grass or street." However, you'd appreciate them also towing and impounding the other vehicles that are "within 3 minutes walking distance."
