PSI Services testing center in shreveport, l a

I attempted to take my exam (Life, Health, and Accident #103) on 9/29/18 at 9:00a.m. at the Shreveport, LA center. Upon arrive to test, everything was fine. However when I began to take my test the lobby was noisy (I'm asumming the workers were laughing and talking). Not only that, there was a gentle man that could not get his test up and he and the facilitators walked in and about for about 30 minutes straight including the 15 min. normal check. The gentleman was speaking in Spanish and was getting very aggravated. It was a major distraction. I used earbuds, ear muffles, however was so much walking and talking in the lobby there was no way I could concentrate. I drove from Monroe, LA to take this test. This is the second major incident. Prior to this test, I was attempting to take my Property and Casualty Test and my test did not even register in the system so I drove approximately 4 hours round trip and they not only could not get my test but they also were not able to compensate me for gas. I have called support center well over 10 times and still not help only an automated lady asking me for my phone number. I received 1 callback after 10 messages. He only stated he was with PSI and did not leave a number or any contact information to call him back. This is my 11th attempt to contact some about the complaint and I am still getting a voicemail. I would like someone to call me as soon as possible. I would like to receive my test again free of charge due to the disturbance in the lobby and the disruption in the testing room. PSI Services license renewal

PSI called my wife at home this morning and gave her misinformation about my license renewal for LP Gas #36093. They said I mailed it in, when in fact I went into their office on 8-27 because there is ALWAYS an issue with them. PSI said they did not have my proof of Insurance. I presented it to them and they said no need as it is already on file. After a short call to my wife, they hung up on her.
When I went to renew my Mechanical Contractor's License they did not have a notary on staff. She was on vacation. They had no backup. When I asked where the the nearest notary was they just shrugged their shoulders and said "Well, she can't work all the time"

PSI Services p & c exam center and exam

My first time taking my P&C exam was a horrific experience. First off, the exam center was ancient, man running the place is unbelievably rude, ringing noise like an electrical issue (relate it to your ears ringing, was non stop), no air conditioning on a humid 86 degree day, photo taken with the man turning on a desk light bulb in your eyes. I explained that I get migraines with aura from lights flashing, so he proceeded to redo it 4 times. He ripped my sunglasses off the top of my head, locked up my blood glucose meter (that I need to have with me because I'm a diabetic with severe hypoglycemia) and that's just the first 10 minutes in this house of horrors (it was literally an old house turned into a test center?) Computers are so ancient that I was waiting to die of discentery on the Oregon Trail. Asked if the screen brightness could be adjusted, got a "NO!" Other proctor walking people in the exam room every 15 minutes during the test and talking but the 1985 Radio Shack filthy headphones were supposed to help with the "noise." Typos on test were like trying to solve a Sudoku puzzle and when I managed to finish and flunk with a 65 (passing is 70)proctor told me, "you blew it." Fabulous... I really am jazzed about taking this again and spending another $53 for another session of PTSD...

My name is omkar satish mane. My bike was thieft on 02/05/2018 in pm 12.30 to 6.00 within this period bike number is MH14FU1052, chasis no. Is GG467115, ENGINE NO.GG258031, FIR was registered on 07/05/2018, rajmudra was printed on number plate, crashes on the toolbox, 4 holes on number plate back side.sir i was registered FIR in alandi police station but as per my observation the the officer do not attend their duty properly, so please help ne to find my bike, thank you.

PSI Services staff

On 1/10/18 at Falls road #100, Baltimore Maryland, I went to take a postal exam and in the middle of me taking the exam my browser had frozen. So I walked out to tell the staff and this women with orange dreads and with glasses on was very rude and disrespectful about me coming out and I was telling her what happened and she was too worried about how the door was being shut .. The way she spoke to me was very rude and she definitely needs to be fired . She doesn't know how to talk to people and Doesn't deserve her job.I will never go back to this testing site to take a exam ever.

Yup. Same thing happened up in Massachusetts with my Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Except the screen didn't freeze. The proctors did insult me and it was unwarranted.

PSI Services testing center and customer service

I truly am a great guy and people always say what a nice guy, but I am extremly upset with this whole situation. I am contacted PSI as soon as I got finished with my test. I passed the State Portion, but failed the National by Two. I called my friend to tell him and got talking about the math portions. I had at least two questions in regards to the Amortization Table, but did't know how to get the answer without the Amortization Table Worksheet. He told me that they tell you it is on the wall beside you when they tell you what number station to go to. Wrong! I was never told one thing about it. I called PSI Customer Service tonight and the the representative was extremely rude. I asked her if I could speak to a Manager and she told me to hold. I have it recorded where she had me on had and then transferred me to a automated message stating that the were now closed due to business hours. I am not going to stop with this and going to contact Better Business Bureau and put this out for everyone. I told her I didn't expect for them to just pass me, but should give me a free retest for that portion since they didn't give me the amortization table sheet to calculate the problem. The young lady I spoke with in Customer Service for your Company I spoke too was at 9:50pm Eastern Standard Time. I was on the call with her for 12 minutes, before she pulled her little stunt by putting me on hold for over a minute and then shooting me to a line that stated, "you have reached us out of our normal business hours". Very unprofessional and so wrong! Please call me to see what we can do to make this right.

Really? They did provide me with an amortization table. I'll give them that much. Everything else you're saying sounds legit, though your state RE board won't care if you're a nice guy or not.

PSI Services unfair charge

On 10/12/2017 I went to take an exam for Accident and Health License. My access was denied due to discrepancy on maiden and married name. I showed them my marriage certificate and current ID and they told "they do not verify that at that location" they referred me to their customer service line (1 hour waiting to speak to a rep) they asked me to send documents by fax, after 3 weeks of waiting on them to update my last name they asked me now to re pay the fee to take my test I told them that I did not receive any service for the fee already paid why do
I have to re pay? they said it is how their system is set up so I complained the transaction with my bank and I called back PSI exams to re schedule my exam and they denied to do so because of the chargeback fee, as consequence they blocked my online account and blocked all the access so I will not take the take unless I sent a money order of $83 dollars for the first schedule and additional $83 to re schedule, this is crazy! After all I just want to take my exam, so I sent them what they asked for and called to get my exam re scheduled, they told me that based on my behavior ( complains) they are not giving me access to schedule on their locations near me, they will send me to Los Angeles area and I need to wait 10 business days until they clear my money order, I asked them to process the money order ASAP, my tracking number said that they received 12/06/2017 (2 days ago), they said "Yes we have your money order but based on your behavior we are not going to give any special accommodation" wow! I have contacted the Department of Insurance in California, PSI Executive Roger Banks and left voice mail to help me out to get my exam done and nobody has returned my call. This is really sad!

PSI Services overcharge

Cannot get money refunded. Been repeatedly lied to 5 different people have now told me my money was being refunded. Twice I have been told it would be there 24-48 hours, did not happen, they always call and act as though they can't get a hold of you which is total bs. I will keep pushing . Last conversation just tonight at 7:45 est . Gave CC number AGAIN. I am considering formal suit if this behavior continues. Would never purchase another PSI item again. This is the most poorly run operation I have ever dealt with

PSI Services returning my money

Paid for my test and 140 dollars extra was taken from my bank account due to THEIR GLITCH. I have been repeatedly LIED to, told on various occasions it was being sent. Told they did find the error then told that they never found the error. It occurred on October 20th, 2017 as recorded below. Yoshanda Miller, Jana Jones and a host of many others have lied to me. I also want you to know, because of you over withdrawing, I got evicted! I want the money returned, it has been over 3 weeks. If you want more information ask Yoshanda Miller!

PSI Services test results

I recently took your specialty roofing tests and failed twice. The second time I took it you had at least one question on the test that is completely invalid and unanswerable by the answers you provided. I am for that reason disputing the tests and the validity of the test.

I am requesting the test results with questions and answers so I can properly dispute the test results. I can 100% prove that at least one of your questions are unanswerable and invalid but I need the questions and answers to do so. Besides a question with invalid answers the test also included, in my estimation at least forty to fifty percent of questions on roofs and roof systems that are obsolete and installed less than 1/10 of 1% of roof installations but did not include ONE question on TPO or Shingle roofs the most commonly installed roof systems in South Carolina. Explain to me the fundamental fairness in that or how that qualifies anyone as a commercial roofer. How does any of this comply with you own guidelines(below) when another of your questions was for "extreme cold aplications" How does that question and not having any questions of the most commonly installed roof systems (TPO and Shingles) apply to South Carolina?

PSI, in cooperation with the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Board, will be consistently evaluating the examinations being administered to ensure that the examinations accurately measure competency in the required knowledge areas.

I would appreciate your cooperation with this matter so I do not have to involve a lawyer and a lawsuit to obtain what is rightfully mine. My test results.

PSI Services call center/ customer service center

Good afternoon today I called regarding questions I had abut a test I recently taken. I called because I had some questions to ask. First time I called the young lady was helpful with what she knew, she didn't know much but still was genuine and caring. I called a little later to ask some other questions Katoscare? answered. She was rude, loud, and continued to cut me off when I tried to explain my position more than once. I wasn't in the best of moods but she didn't help only added fuel to fire or made a bad situation a little worse. Please explain to her some people calling wont always be happy or in good mood. We may come off angry but our intent is just to get some answers or understanding. Thank you have a good day.

PSI Services psi rude employer

Today (8/2/17) at the Cherry Hill, N.J. PSI testing center. I was notified to go pick up my license, and to only bring two forms of ID. I went and I was nice stated my name and the reason for me coming in. This rude lady at a side desk told me to come to her (yelling at me) b/c she handles the license. I said ok and she asked me for a renewal form. I told her I wasn't renewing my license. I'm picking it up for the 1st time. She then continued to yell at me and mumble rude nasty comments under her breath. I finally had enough, and put her in her place. I've work in costumer service for 10yrs. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness. I asked the lady for her name, she told me it was none of my business and to get out after the pushed my license paper at me. Unexcusable behavior!

PSI Services testing and employees

I did a google search after my "psi experience" this week and was stunned to see so many people agree with me. After doing all the coursework for my real estate exam and getting an a in the course I went this week to take the psi tests to get my license. Understand, I am not saying I am a perfect student but I studied the general and state information over and over, had apps on my phone and scored 85% or higher on the general every time and 90% on the state. I needed 70% to pass and I took four "practice exams" on psi's web site to insure I was familiar with their testing and questions as my textbook approached some topics differently than them.

Well, I go to psi and let's say the two employees made my dmv seem welcoming. The office is in a basement and they were miserable. It's not a great work environment but you'd swear us coming to take the test we paid their company to take was annoying to them. I ignored it not wanting to make enemies.

I sit down to take my exam and on the general there isn't a single question that is from the practice tests. None. Charged me $20 each and I foolishly paid it so i'd be extra ready and not a help at all. However, I passed the general section.

On the state law test where I did far better in the class, on the exam and the apps I used to quiz myself. I failed by one question. One. A test I got over 90% on everywhere else I failed according to psi by one question and they won't tell me what I got right and wrong... Just how many I got right and wrong in very general topics which I couldn't possibly tie to actual questions. I was floored! I nicely asked if they had more detail and the woman shook her head no. I asked when I could re-take and she just said "go online". They wanted nothing to do with the test takers at all and since you can't reach psi via phone (I tried before the test with a question) they just won't deal with you other than taking your money.

I have rescheduled the state re-take for next week. My only way to try and "beat psi" is to read the entire chapter on state laws which I aced already over and over praying I somehow get similar questions and can get one more right when I can't tell what was wrong.in fact, I know of two questions psi asked on the state exam there are nowhere in my text because i've even searched online for the answers so for all I know they threw in something from another state and I have no recourse.

I see these complaints have gone back almost a decade and psi isn't changing. I will do everything in my power to pass this final piece and pray I see little of nothing of psi again... Who just for another $55 for me to re-take a test I have no idea how I failed.

PSI Services psi testing center in virginia beach, va

I went to take my test at the psi virgina beach va and they notified me that my exam got canceled because the procture did not show up? Why didn't they have somebody on call? And why didn't they notified me at 8:00 am morning to let me know or even suggested making accommodations for me when they left a voicemail on my phone. It was so unprofessional and unfair. My college deadline is coming up and and it would be their fault if I miss the opportunity to get into school because they couldn't accommodate for me to get tested which is really wrong of them, because it's not my fault if I missed the deadline for school because the proctored didn't show up. I am going to call and speak to the director of testing. Every testing center should have someone on call; it just makes logical sense. I am very disappointed at psi for not being organize or professional. Psi I need to be accommodated to retake my test on monday 15th and it needs to be in my area so I don't have to drive 4 hours away to take it. Its not my fault and I cant miss this opportunity to miss out on school ive spent money on tutoring and test preparations just to prepare for it. Its not right at all.

PSI Services unethical behavior

I've written a NJ Real Estate salesperson conbo exam on 3Feb. 2016 at one of the PSI exam center in North Brunswick, NJ. During the exam, the fire alarm rang and we were asked to vacate the build which we did. we were outside in sub-freezing temperature for over 35 mins. when came back we were an option given that we can wave the exam and come back some other day. I decided to carry on with writing my exam. After getting my bearing back and almost 3/4 my way of the exam the fire alarm rang again. This time I decided to carry on and complete the remaining exam while high pitch alarm kept ringing. I was not asked for the waiver the second time not I signed any waiver the second time. Making story short I end up failing the exam by two points. I am asking the PSI center to refund my fee due to not providing services for a quality and quite an atmosphere to complete my exam as per paid services. I escalated the issues to the PSI Manager but he insisted not to refund. The point I am making is not passing and failing of my exam. what I am saying is that if I had the liberty of writing my exam under the normal circumstances I might/could have passed the exam but that was not the case. Under the benefit of the doubt, I am sure any other normal exam facility would have refund the fee.

PSI Services testing facility

I too share the opinion that PSI is poorly managed and not customer focused. As I am sitting here on hold, as per usual, my frustration is increasing. So I went to the web and see there are an enormous amount of people who share my exact same frustrations. I started thinking, how can this company still be in business. The answer is actually simple, the consumers are complaining sure, but there true “customers” are the organizations who contract with them for testing management. So, in addition to posting my complaint here. Moving forward I will send a complaint to the organization that has contracted PSI, I will send my complaints each and every time I deem there service is unacceptable. For instance, this morning I have now had to place six (6) calls to try and schedule my next test. Six calls starting at 6AM PST. It is now 7:23 AM PST, I have wasted an hour and 23 minutes waiting on hold. Sadly, I am still on hold and will probably have to call back another 2-3 times before I am even successful in actually scheduling my test. This is not a fluke or one time problem, this happens EVERY single time I have to schedule the next test for my module.

It is absolutely absurd to have to dedicate 2-3 times the time it would take to test for each module into the simple process of scheduling a test. I would recommend that each person reading this review, and each person who posted a review to focus your complaints toward your referring organization. Perhaps these complaints would be taken more seriously if they were coming from the customer that they are profiting from rather than the end customer.

PSI Services examination for cosmetology manager's license (minnesota board of cosmetologist examiners)

One of my complaints is about the exam I took on this date. I went through the exam thoroughly 3 times before submitting and I am pretty certain that there were 30 questions on the exam. 30. When I received my results(FAIL) it clearly shows the break up of the test questions and only 25 questions are accounted for. It clearly states that I got 18 out of 25 and that I needed 19 to pass. There is NO EXPLANATION for the missing 5 questions and when I asked one of the employees at the testing center he had no explanation. This is not something I feel comfortable with.

Also, My other complaint was from the beginning it was very difficult to talk to someone to even schedule an appointment. I wait on hold for length of time, then am forwarded to a voicemail. It took many days for someone to respond to me. The woman was impatient with me while scheduling and promised an email with all of the information I would need to know when i asked about location details. I wasn't receiving an email that week before my test date, so I called and left another voicemail. I ended up not hearing from anyone so I went online to find location info and other important details I needed to know(like arriving 30 min early). I received a voicemail from them returning my call hours After my test was already taken :/ Also, i realized the problem was she got my email address wrong in the computer(which she impatiently asked me for at least 3 times on the phone the original time).

I am writing this complaint to request a refund for the problems I have had with the company and the lack of explanation on my test. I was referred by a friend who just took her test there because I asked her where to go. With all of these problems I would certainly not want to recommend anyone I know, unless things are handled professionally.

My issue is I studied morning noon and night for my exam and I knew my material I go take the test and theres absolutely nothing on the test that was in the book.also there is no practice test online for you to refer back to I believe its a scam in order to get money

PSI Services examination systems

I just took the test for the second time. The first time I took the exam, I failed by a few points. I messaged the school I got my certification from and they suggested I retake the class' online exams in those sections. I did. Repeatedly. Scored at least an 80% on both over the course of two weeks. Consistently. Attended a group cram session hosted by the school. Knew the work. Had someone else who took the exam, and as it turns out our instructor had input on the exam. He was telling us things that the realtors in our state told them not to bother putting in the exams, and both of us had every one of them. This being the second time I took the exam, you'd think my scores would have fluctuated to some degree. They didn't. Literally. The scores, down to the decimal were exactly the same. But the number of questions I got correct increased. It should not have been possible, yet I now have hard proof of it in the form of the test result printouts. My attorney is now preparing a class action suit on behalf of several of us within this state, and it expect this will serve as the nail in their coffin when presented to the judge. And then I will be suing DORA, because despite all of the complaints lodged, they did nothing. And a great many in the industry likely dealt with the same issues. It's time to bring this system down. Knowing they're one state over from me, I can't say how tempting it is to just go and do damage, but I realize that doing it this way is guaranteeing the media exposure necessary to bring them down at a national level. Keep your results, people. Chronicle them, and sue.

Its not one state and one you -- this is happening everywhere. I am going to Washington to find out what can be done about them. Every time I test I fail by the same exact number- the system wont let me go back and answer unanswered questions and I'm told I fail...
I have (2) Masters Degrees with honor. 18 months remaining for my Executive Doctorate Law Degree. Have been around the real estate busy all my life. I have been processing Settlement documents for over 20 years and PSI tells me I fail- No proof what what I answer wrong or nothing.

I want to learn how to put together a fundraising campaign to be PSI competition.

So as soon as I learn social media (Twitter - Blog) to get my message out. I am on a MISSION and I don't give up until its accomplished.

Something is definitely up with these exams, the residential builder exam has 120 questions but they only score you on 110. I literally looked up 80% of my questions to find the answers and I still missed 60 out of 120 or as they print it I missed 50 out of 120. This is my 3rd time taking the test, I missed more this time than on my second try. Something isn't right. I'm positive I got atleast 80 answers correct. what can I do?

10-14-15 real estate exam test date. On the way to the site got stuck for 40minutes in traffic backed up due to serious car accident. Called customer service to report the situation but could not get through. My complaint is that there should be a way to contact the test site directly in an emergency rather than go thru the 800# which is customer svc purgatory.

PSI Services worst experience ever

Does anyone even monitor this company? On 8/21/2015 my daughter took the CNA skills test through the local community college and was told that only a Visa or MasterCard is accepted. Five days after they took my Visa credit card number, the test results were still on hold "waiting for payment". We call and are told that they don't take Visa but only take Discover or MasterCard. We provide a Discover card number over the phone to somebody named Patrick. Then we're told that they don't take credit card numbers over the phone. So I fax my discover card over, per their instructions. I call to verify receipt and then am told by some woman in Las Vegas or something that I have to mail a money order, after I already gave them 3 separate credit card numbers. I now have to stop 3 credit cards and order new ones because I have no idea why they kept taking my credit card numbers when they claim not take credit cards. Who in 2015 only takes a money order when the rest of the world mostly prefers electronic payments? Are they that worried about $76.00? I'm concerned that they have 3 of my credit card numbers and felt like this was some type of scam.
