Found a translator on Proz, thought the people here were professionals but NOT. What I got was completely unusable, grammar, spelling everything awful.
When I wrote Proz they told me they had nothing to do with the translators individual performance. Anybody can list, they just provide the platform!
Avoid, from no a reliable agency instead will not cost more as here they are not cheap!

The document we needed to have translated was a legal contract from English to Spanish, not a complicated one it was actually very straight forward without complicated terminology. The result was so poor it couldn't be used at all.
Later we found out that the site doesn't provide professional translators, anybody can register for free and call themselves translator on this site.
