I purchased the product by calling the company and using a Visa card. I took the product for approximately 6 months with no noticeable benefit. So, I gave the product a more than fair chance to work. I e-mailed the company 3 times (with no response) and cancelled my standing order. One month later, they sent me another order and charged my standing card again. This time I called and re-cancelled my standing order. Again, approximately a month later, they sent me another order and charged my Visa again. So, I just called the company again to CANCELL a third time! So, I guess I will call Visa and have them reverse the charge and wait for Proxene to call and complain. I guess that is the only wayto get their attention! Buyer beware! Don't walk away from this company...RUN!
Elderly client was scammed by these people - returns address in Maine, so it cost to return the products they kept sending. No refund forthcoming, or reply some 2 months later! These people should be stopped

i am having the same trouble with proxene i have found no bebifit from it but tried to phone them and they just keep you hanging on the phone and the waiting time goes up instead of down. they have taken a payment out of my bank on the 15 september but even though i do not want the pills i have not received them .can any one tell me how i can stop them taking my money
I wonder why charges of criminal fraud can't be brought against these companies. That is what is needed to keep them in check.
Proxene is a very fraud kind of company. They charged me first day when I ordered on Aug 27 2008 but when I did not receive the shipment, and I enquired then they told me that they do not have any order and credit card info in their system. This was truly senseless, cheap and derogatory incidence on part of this cheat and fraud company. I have still not received my shipment and asked them for the refund. they told that it would not happen right away. I pursured with my credit card company to take back the credit. Iwould not leave them taking away my mony so easily.

I ordered a trail from them and now find I am on their autoship program. Their website is very misleading: there is a smart ship checkbox and if you read the terms and conditions (which is another click away) only then to they tell you this means they will ship and bill you each month. Very dishonest and misleading if you ask me.
