Provider Plus / Could you retrieve your money?

I was checking my bank statement and ran across a charge on my account from Provider Plus for the amount of $10.55. I have not ordered anything from this company or have never heard of this company till I saw this charge on my account. I would appreciate if you could retrieve my money.

    Call your bank and tell them that there is a fraudulent charge on your statement. They can trace how it processed (ACH or Debit Card). Either way you are protected. There may be forms to fill out to get your money back but are generally simple 1 page forms. You must however notify them within 60 days of you noticing the charge. I work at a bank and handle this type of thing as part of my job duties. Hope this helps!
