Property Management Specialists, Inc / Scam and cheating
The worst customer and professional service I've ever encountered - one of their managers who manages the property I own is non-responsive, rude, unprofessional, accusatory and borders on harassment with the tone and manner she uses to interact with you. I can't say much more since I am talking to my lawyer about the current situation I am in, but I will share with you that I am personally being attacked and fined unjustly for things that do not apply to my property and PSI is trying to put the burden of proof on me to prove otherwise.
With only 67 employees this company has had 7 complaints filed about them in the past 36 months - none of the customers who filed the complaints accepted the resolution proposed by PSI. This company is still considered satisfactory by the BBB, because satisfactory means the following: "a company must be in business for at least 12 months, properly and promptly address matters referred to it by the BBB, and be free from an unusual volume or pattern of complaints and law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct. In addition, the BBB must have a clear understanding of the company's business and no concerns about its industry"
