proper stock / No stock

Dear Sir,
iam regular customer of your subhiksha stores at Hyderabad, moulali housing board stores.
In stores they are not maintaining the proper stock.More regular items not there.They are giving reply NO STOCK.
this is a proplem. pl.maintain the proper stock.
