Prometric Testing Centers / HORRIBLE SERVICE
They called 3 hours before scheduled exam to say they have 'technical issues' and can't deliver exams. Their online chat never is on, they take 3 days to answer email and I've been holding 38 minutes in a queue to reschedule. Not only is this a waste of my professional time, I am medically unable to drive and so have a hired driver at $391 for the ride to the testing center that I am now stuck with paying. They advertise 'world class service' - they offer no service - it should not take this long to get a phone call answered, a test re-scheduled and they should invest in technology that consistently works. I was not offered any other local testing site so that I could keep my ride intact and get this exam taken today. I want full reimubursement for my ride's cost and I want to re-schedule in a timely fashion - unreal. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
