I know i am not alone. The Progressive commercials with Flo and Jamie and the talking box have wore out their welcome in out homes. We have started hitting the mute button or changing channels. Progressive it's way past time for a new, fresh, less annoying commercial! Not sure the demographic group you are trying to target but I bet it's annoys EVERYONE!
The Flo commercials are really getting bad but this new commercial with TV dad is beyond ridiculous. Sorry to say I'm a Jake from State Farm fan, in did enjoy the Flo commercials in the beginning but they've run there course. The TV dad makes the parents look stupid and this really irritated and my family, and they make people look beyond stupid. Y'all need a new campaign and stop making people who use Progressive Insurance from looking stupid.
Progressive ads are insulting to the consumer. For this reason alone, I would never consider Progressive as a viable source of insurance. What don't they understand about consumers refusing to support their business? If they can't figure that out, why would anyone trust them to cover their needs of protection. Dumb-a** ads... WE MUTE their ads.
Is there any where else we can demand these commercials to stop? ! I mute them as much as I can. Negative attention is still attention I guess but this is ridiculous for a serious professional organization. Insurance is a serious business. There is nothing funny about getting into a car accident and making sure your vehicle and loved ones are covered and taken care of by your insurance company. Who gives a damn about bora bora, elevator rides and labeled trash cans…..your commercials translate to cheap, ineffective coverage.
Do you listen to us. No I don’t think so. You have the worse commercials on tv. I wouldn’t even consider your insurance. If you can’t listen to us complaining about your commercials than you you won’t listen to us about insurance. Flo and her team has ran their course. They need to go.

They are hilarious. It's about getting with the current century & out of the 50s, not doing useless things. The garbage cans tho are wrong. Keep them clean or they get maggots. Need address on them for wind that blows them down the street. Just happened last month when they were full, everyone's trash everywhere! So I don't get that one.
Progressive commercials are just terrible. They portray people as stupid and ignorant. I would never use any of their products. How could they possibly be any good when their ads are so bad.
All of these comments are spot on. Well I don't know what's wrong with the kids today and their disrespectful attitudes. Hmmm, let's look at the stupid tv shows interspersed with the even more idiotic commercials. I can't imagine a group of people sitting around an idea meeting and gleefully shouting, "Oh, that's so great! Don't be like your parents, don't respect others, don't leave messages, don't help keep order..."
If I ever see that guy on the street, I know he's an actor, but he took a stupid part. I'd have to verbally berate and abuse him as if I was Don Rickles and Howard Stern all rolled into one!
I will NEVER have Progressive and anybody I know that has it or thinking about it. I will sway their minds!

I will never buy progressive insurance because of the commercials. America's culture is trending more and more towards tolerance and acceptance of people and their differences. It's taught in schools and is on the media/ other commercials. We treasure our grandparents and adore time spent with them. But your ridiculous commercials are just the opposite. If you think this is " progressive " you are dead wrong. You are regressing.
We also value our parents as we get older . We appreciate all they've done for us and value their wisdom. The family unit is the strongest unit on earth. Too bad Progressive doesn't seem that.

The 'Walter the vegan' commercial is so hilarious I tried to figure out how to save it for a 'laughing break'.

What is your marketing campaign? Your commercials have no point and actually says nothing about your product. They are horrible and we can not bear to watch or listen. Get a new writer pay someone else.

The commercial about not becoming your parents is very offensive. Maybe the writer had bad parents or was a bad child, but I would not have a problem being like my parents. Disgusting commercial.
The commercial degrading people for becoming their parents is so ignorant and offensive. The guy playing the instructor is obviously wearing the clothes his dad wore. My mother and father greatly influence the man I am today and I'm damn proud of that. This commercial makes me want to cancel Progressive even if it means a little higher premiums. We lime our premiums now but hate the way y'all insult our intelligent. Take it off. This is just the beginning of my protest in this matter. I know there are many who agree.
The Motaur commercials are sickening! What a statement about the future of the human race. They are grotesque commercials and I have to turn the channel or mute immediately because they are so offensive. A Motaur man is not funny. They also are scary to children. Please remove these commercial immediately!
The commercials making it seem bad to turn into your parents is insulting. I should be half the man my Father was!
The commerical with the half man/ half motorcycle drinking gasoline is setting a bad example for the younger generations. A young child can see this as okay and try it themselves, with fatal consequences. How irresponsible of an insurance company.
The Progressive Insurance commercial with the "Motaur" saying he is drinking gasoline (out of a soda cup) needs to be taken off immediately. Those "motaur" commercials are bad enough, never mind kids thinking it would be ok to drink gasoline. Really poor and careless judgement on Progessive's part.

I have grown to hate those idiotic commercials with such a passion that I actually change the channel whenever one appears -- which is about every twenty minutes on late night television. I hate them so much that, honest to gosh, I am considering switching my insurance from Progressive to Allstate. What's with that **** pricing tool? It's [censored]ic. Flo has gotten on everyone's last, LAST nerve and if that's not bad enough that girly-man sidekick of hers is even worse. Your commercials are incomprehensible and INSULTING. Not even a four year old could find them amusing, yet this is what you're trying to boost sales with?

Progressive's commercial with the poor guy on a date with the rudest woman in the world is terrible. It doesn't even make any sense. What demographic could they possibly be trying to reach? Rude women or possibly pathetic guys who will date rude women? No one wants to relate with this commercial.

The newest ad is pathetic, this country already have enough disrespect but to let kids see this latest commercial of a grown kid being destructive is way over the top.
