THEY ARE BAITING AND SWITCHING BY ADDING FEES AFTER THEY ADVERTISE (ON TV) A DIFFERENT, LOWER PRICE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND DEMANDED A REFUND. LUCKILY I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL AND WENT TO PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY TO CANCEL THE RECURRING MONTHLY FEES THAT PROFLOWERS.COM WAS TRYING TO DRAIN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE EVERYONE OUT THERE, PAY WITH PAYPAL WHEN YOU CAN. IT IS EASY TO SIGN UP FOR AND YOU HAVE PROTECTION! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DIRECTLY GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT OR CARD NUMBER TO THE MERCHANT!!! PAYPAL HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN IN 2 1/2 YEARS.!!! ALSO, WHEN POSSIBLE PUT AN ERRONEOUS NAME IN THE BILLING AREA WHEN ORDERING FROM A COMPANY YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH AND A FAKE PHONE NUMBER, SO THEY DON'T BUG YOU.
