Hi, I have brought the program to use on my computer. Since the beginning of Feb 2010 I have been unable to use the program. I have since tried to contact them via ph/email and getting no answer. In fact the phones have been disconnected. I believe the company has now shut down. I contacted Telstra to confirm and they advised the numbers etc on the site have been disconnected. This has now left short of a lot of money
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
loss money by puuting depoist down on software, put down $5000 as a depoist, and did not hear from them after that, phone numbers were disconnected and can not get in contact with them, very upset and will get to the bottom of this.

I brought profit runner for $10, 000.00 it never made me a red cent. I would love to get my hands on them. Three weeks after I paid for it they sent me an email offering it for $3, 999.00. I gave them a call and asked to be refunded the difference. It didn't happen

Well I lost a heap of money with these guys to, I had a call from another company saying that they went bust but they could have contacted everyone to let them know what had happened
I faced the same situation with profit runner.
I am unable to contact them over phone. Hope they are back to be of any use to us.
