customer service and rep courtney
I placed an order through Walmart for ipod, before actually placing order I contacted Pro electronics to inquire about this product and I specifically asked certain questions about the ipod. After hanging up, a customer service rep by the name of Courtney even called me back to see if I had anymore questions. Well needless to say once I received product it was not as we had discussed and I was extremely disappointed due to the fact nothing I had inquired on was accurate at all. When I called Pro Electronics Courtney was very unprofessional and very condensending. Then on top of that when I asked for a how to return product for full credit, I was informed that there could be a 25% restocking fee if open or used. However keep in mind the product was already a used product, and the way I found out that the product was not as described was to turn on the ipod. This is totally unethical and I do not advise anyone to purchase from this company as they are liars and apparently do not have good business sense.
I will never order from ProElectronics again!
I sent them a message and asked about the status of my order and received no reply. I'm not sure if they have any support there! I went to ProElectronics website and found their phone number and when I called no one answered. I called 5 times and nothing! I have no idea what is going on and I'm pretty nervous about my order.
I would not recommend this site to anyone.
