Item which I got is wrong.Even though I ordered IPhone 5s cover I got IPhone 6/6s cover and on the cover it is written Iphone 5/5s/Se but it's not that one. So I request you to replace the item which I got to the correct one as soon as possible.
Plus I ordered iPhone 6/6s cover which is correctly delivered to me in correct time.so I wish you to look in to this matter.

JollyChic.com items not delivered/ refund

Sir/Maam,

Please see this email and do something regarding my complaints. We ordered 12 items in your online shop and paid for those items thru credit card. We received the 4 items that were shipped locally (saudi arabia) and waiting for those 8 items that were shipped from hongkong but unfortunately we didnt received it. We applies for refund instead thru my jollychic account. We contacted your customer support and every time we call they will keep telling us that the items were received and refund will be processed but recently when we contacted your customer support they said to contact aramex because items where not received. We having confusion now and disappointed as well. We contacted aramex recently and they said items were there on their office and on hold. Please help us find solution for this issue. We paid for those items thinking it will be delivered on us in right time. The tracking number that you gave us for those items is [protected]. We will wait for your immediate action and response.

JollyChic.com my order on 6/6/2017 is delayed. the order no is a17060616573840481181.

My order no. A17060616573840481181 is too much delayed. I received sms alert about the delay of this order, it said that the order will be shipped in 24 hours. But the status of the order showing its still in preparation. I need to receive my order as soon as possible. I will travel on the Eid vacation and I need the jackets which are in this order before 28th of this month. If the order will not delivered before 28th of this month I will cancel this order to buy jackets from other place.
I need a quick reply to my complain to take the right action as I don't have enough time to prepare for the travel.

I supposed to receive the order last Thursday but the aramex co doesn't delivered it yet I don't know why I called them ten times every time they said tomorrow,

so please communicate with them and till them if they didn't send it today before 5 clock I will not receive it.

JollyChic.com money withdrawn from account after booking cancelled

Attention General Manager

Regarding the order which has been cancelled from 19Feb due to first order received and damage I had:

Order NO: A17021901310715412561
Total: 12
Amount: 395.46 AED

19Feb called my bank to stop the transaction as per jollychic call center staff advised me.

On 21Feb I got SMS from bank that amount of AED 399, 59 withdrawn from my account by jollychic :

"From HSBC: 21FEB2017 MAS*jollychic.com Purchase from *-001 AED 399.59-".

I contact through phone and in chat, every staff try to misleading me and roundabout the subject without proper answer.

Some said its cancelled and tgey nit taken the amount but in customer account its shown amount as balance, other said we will get back to after 48hrs...

The worst answer is asking me to let bank send an invoice for them to sure that payment done (unbelievable)

Till now no one get back to me or even care that they taken customer money without any right.

I want to now what happen with my money, what the end for all thus roaming around, before we take any other action legally.

Looking for update ASAP.

Dear General Manager

Im really so ungrey and upset from the services of this company, i have a first order arrived with damage items and lost one and others 2 worth products ever i got.

Since 10 days and more they misleading me, negotiate and roaming aroung in the chat and email, start of 5 $ as reward till today 21$ For damage products spend on it. 55, 97 ( 4 items) without other items... I mentioned clearly i dont need their reward or to deal or buy any more from them and i want the full refund for total amount paid.

They trying in any way to not refund full my money to my card till today.

Round and round and every staff from call center play with me in his way, its not enough that damage is company fault but also you dont carry the responsibility for it and the punish the customer for the company mistake.

Even their Supervisor taken any action to return our money back or helping the complain customer

I dont want to go through legal department and i have all the chat and emails which confirm how tgey was playing with me.

So im send this because the staff refuse to transfer me to manager or supervisor whi can help in this issue.

I received my first order after long time, with careless. I had a broken items, other one not received and 2 pc cloths worth material ever i see, i contact them for compensation but they misleading me by add boun to account, i refused this kind of compensation which benefits them only through making us to buy from them again by using this bouns... I find letter that they add this without my approval and i send them many email before the i didnt agree for this and i need replacment or refund.
Till today im still following and fighting to get my money back.

People around the world should be warrning from dealing with them.

Good day.

After the first order and the damage i got, i was have a new order day before so i request to canceling the new order they mentioned that amount not be taken and i need to speak to my bank to stop the transactions ( which cant be due to amount not in hold or taken) and Yesterday only i got to know by bank SMS that money withdrawn 399.59/-AED which also( orginal amount 395.69/-) also after i cotact them in saudia call center ( they refuse to let me speak with senior or manager) to know why this happened since i cancelled the order on 19Feb (order date on 18Feb) customer service staff said that they taken the money and they rease it to be refund in my account. After following this in chat and send them the bank SMS ( copy) Amount of AED 399.59 ( amount taken from me on 21Feb and not as should be for order date 18Feb)
Amount has been withdrawn from my account under this company name, Now they said to get them an invoice from my bank ( unbelievable bank need to sent to them! and they are the merchant who have my money)

Remark:
In same date i spoke to tge bank, even i request from them to send me sms massage as email but they said bank not authorised to send any email but the amount taken by Jollychic and shown in bank statement. Also they advised me to send rhem copy of SMS i received.

JollyChic.com jollychic services and abuse

I have been unable to close my account with JollyChic. Not disable it but CLOSE definitely and I am withdrawing my consent for JollyChic to share my details with any third parties. I want my all details to be erased from JollyChic database.
I have been receiving plenty - I mean PLENTY - of spam since my first purchase at JollyChic! (pure coincidence, I do not think so, as I have barely used to receive an y spam at all since 10 years that my email account is active)
I have made one purchase only - 4 dresses - and returned them all (having to pay for shipping to China!), as they were of less than mediocre quality (and did not look like anything in the photos posted on your online catalogue)
I have since requested four times - FOUR times - for my account to be closed, both via the live chat and via email.
Nothing works! I have been apologised to (and LIED to) by the "charming" Chinese girl, who was expressing herself in broken English, each time telling me that she will refer my request to someone (a manager or god knows who) and they will close my account within a week. Each time they lied - this is LIE and ABUSE - as my account is still active well after a month since I lodged that request to close it.
My name is Malgorzata Czarkowska, I am based in Poland and you have all my details in yoour database, so once again, I am asking you to definitely CLOSE MY ACCOUNT wth JollyChic. What is the problem here?

JollyChic.com still waiting for my money

I have purchased a coat from www.jollychic.com and also was supposed to get a gift as a new customer. This was my first time ordering from JollyChic, and definitely the last.
My coat did not arrive and I contacted JollyChic regarding my order status and only then I found out that it was no longer in stock. Why did they charge me for something that wasn't available in the first place?
Anyways, I asked for a refund but they said that was not possible and offered me to pick something else, I refused and demanded my money back. Their rep said they'll think of something and contact me back, but that never happened. It is now over a month and I'm still waiting for my money.

JollyChic.com over valuation of custom duty

Hello!
I made a purchase from some china based website, www.jollychic.com for USD 101.1
They sent the courier by Aramex.
When the courier arrived India, I got a call from Aramex to submit the payment proof, Internet price list of the products etc.
I submitted all the documents.
After that I got a call from them stating that the fair value of the order is Rs.15000 and I have to pay Rs. 4416 as custom duty.

I am being charged for more than 60% as custom duty for my order. I don't understand how can the fair value of the order be Rs.15000 when I paid around Rs. 7000 for it.

I don't understand what to do. I am from Saharanpur and they are calling me to delhi to talk to the customs officer.
This is just not fair. What is the solution to it? Please help.

I ordered and paid for these handbags thrice through different cards.The first time I was charged $72.77 for the order but my account showed a conversion rate applied as well and a total of $75.89 was removed.

For some unknown reason the transaction goes through.I receive confirmation for payment 5 different times with promises of shipment n delivery.And the following day it shows payment cancelled.

This has happened to me thrice.The first transaction was made on 28th Mar n there was a refund of $70.73 on 31st Mar.
My next attempt to pay for this order was again on 31st March and a total of $75.88 was taken from my card.And that has not yet been refunded to my card.

I again tried with a different international card on 2nd apr and INR 5046.34 was deducted.Im awaiting the refund to this card as well.

My reason for explaining all this to you in detail is for you to understand how disappointed I am with your websites way of accepting payment n declining it after deducting the money with a conversion Rate.

And to top it off when you refund the money into the card, all u refund is the principle amount.What about the conversion rate that I've paid thrice?
It isnt my fault that your website is not equipped enough to accept payment from all types of cards, when you have delivery options to so many places around the world.

I would've not even thought of the conversion rate if I had the benefit of receiving the handbags.But you see I'm at loss for no fault of mine.I think trying thrice for something is patience enough.

JollyChic.com not a reputable site

My order should have been delivered weeks ago, but I receive nothing yet. My order was made back in December. Every time I email them I receive the exact same response that my order is on its way. I even asked for my money back, but they refused. What a terrible scam! Please save your money and shop elsewhere, these people cannot be trusted. Their phone number is invalid and the only way to contact them is via email.

JollyChic.com terrible company!!

I made an order for several items, and paid extra money for expedited shipping in order to get them before a special event.The extra $15 I paid was just a waste of money, because it actually took them over three weeks to deliver my order. I contacted JollyChic customer service and tried to ask where my order was, but these people barely speak English so I could not understand a thing! When I received the items I was extremely disappointed with the quality, things I received looked nothing like pictures on their website. Horrible company and awful products! I'll never order anything from this place ever again!

Im in the same boat, not happy I waited 2 months for my order, ordered in Nov 2015, and when it finally arrived all the items were the wrong size, I ordered small and the arrived Medium with the tags saying so - I sent a copy of my order and the pictures of tags and they wouldn't pay for the return, they wanted me to pay an extra $25.00 to return them, after months of endless emails, I sent it back as I wanted some money back, and its been 5 weeks and still haven't got a refund. I am about to summit something to Consumers affairs. NEVER AGAIN

JollyChic is just another scam Chinese company! I ordered several things from them three weeks ago and my order is not even shipped yet. Customer service representatives are absolutely unprofessional and useless. They don't know anything about my order. Their service is disgusting! Nowhere on the website did it say it'll take a month for delivery! I hope that someday I will receive my order, but I'm not sure about that. I cannot even track my order because the tracking number they gave me doesn't work, and the website they linked me for tracking doesn't seem to be working either. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a dress back in November 2015 from JollyChic. It is now February 2016 and I received nothing yet. Tried to call them but still no answer. When I sent them a message they finally responded. They promised to call me back within 24 hours. But no one called me back. So I sent them another email several days ago and once again nothing! I had the same experience with some other online stores, but never expected that from JollyChic. They took my money and never delivered anything. I'm so disappointed. I want my money back but I don't know how since they are completely ignoring me. Buyer beware!

JollyChic.com paid but not shipped

I have made the order and paid on 15 Jan 2016(Order NO. B2016011514241911), but I have not yet received the goods till 22 Jan 2016. So I have contacted JollyChic.com to see what happened and they promised me to set my order as urgent delivery. Until now(2 Feb 2016), I still have not yet received the goods and I have tried to contact them. There are no response at all. I think I should be cheated and should contact the police.

JollyChic.com please avoid this company

I have been arguing with them for months about getting money back. I ordered some items and everything I received was cheap and ugly looking. Some items were damaged! I spent two months trying to get my money back. And I also paid extra money for shipping (about $50). Finally I received a reply from them and they offered me a 50% refund. Several weeks passed and I received no money. So I contacted them again and was called a liar. They are so rude and unprofessional, completely ridiculous service! Then I said I was going to report them to BBB and only after that I received a full refund. I'll never order anything from JollyChic again! Don't deal with these people and save your precious time! I was lucky, but there still are so many people who never received their money back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm disappointed in both customer service and the quality of the products.

JollyChic.com pencil skirts, returns

I ordered two pencil skirt, their description was "elastic waste band, knee length with a sash (belt)". One month later I got two mini skirts, the whole skirt is elastic and extremely short. As for the sash, a zip lock baggie is stronger and will hold up longer than that would. I tried to return them, but I am unable to upload the pictures of the items so they can be "approved" for a return claim. I have tried calling the co. and emailing with no success. I'm just going to eat my loss and donate the skirts to Goodwill. Lesson learned.
