I was terminated on August the 18th 2016 my employer told me that my benefits will end August 31st 2016 I submitted reimbursement for a Flex allowable charge reimbursement. Pro benefits denied the claim stating allowable time for the reimbursement head expired.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Columbia, CA I submitted my reimbursement on December the 20th 2016. I have spoken both with the company and the FSA provider their response is unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. I feel my employer provided me with incorrect information I have the letter that was provided at the time with my termination stating the status of benefit.
