I have recently purchased Pro-V product from Citruss TV Dubai after watching their advertisements in their website. When I opened the product I saw it was NOT the same as shown in thier official website. The product Dualetto has NO turbo button on it instead it is just printed on the device and the Slicer is NOT having the original steel teeth blade as shown in their advertisement instead it is having a plain blade without teeth.

Look for some offers where in you can combine other products at a lower price. I booked on the Net and they delivered to me via DHL to my city at their nearest DHL delivery centre. I had to go and collect my consignment.

This is not the original one. If you want to buy the original one you should buy from Germany and NOT from Dubai (UAE).
Anyhow the product is good. As I have already mentioned the steel blades does not have teeth and the Dualetto is not having the Turbo button as it is mentioning in the German video on youtube. But I purchased it and I like it. It helps my wife too much in cooking.

J'ai vu l'annonce à la TV citruss de Dubai et j'ai voulu acheter un dualetto. J'ai appelé le numero et je suis allé au point de vente à Alger Algérie . Le produit qu'on m'a montré est clairement un faux! et les lames sont loin d'être tranchantes...et quand j'ai demandé le prix, on l'a doublé à cause de la taxe ... apparemment c'est 77 %! C'est clair c'est du vol en plein jour car en Algerie on paye seulement 17 % de taxe. Quel dommage!

I saw the ad on citruss TV from Dubai and I wanted to buy a dualetto. I called the number advertised and I went to the selling point in Algiers Algeria. The product that I was shown is clearly a fake one! and the blades are far away from being sharp... anyway, when I asked about the price, it doubled because of the taxe... apparently it is 77%! This is clearly daylight robbery because in Algeria purchase taxes is only 17%. What a shame!
Slam 3leekum Athar, I want to buy this product, I looked up buyers reviews online, and I couldnt find many, but yours is the second negative review, did you contact citruss tv yet? did they compensate you with the original product or a refund? I'm now hesitant after reading your post.
