PRO TV / Poor quality warranty repair!
TV was taken to this business for warranty repair which was completed. However TV was damaged during repair and owner has refused to stand behind his work. TV was just over 30 days old and now has large scratch in the middle of TV screen (LCD flat panel) which he expects to be compensated to fix. Toshiba has provided no help, business owner is completely unreasonable and impossible to deal with. TV is in his possession and will remain there as I have no use for a new damaged product.
