I have signed up for your p c cleaner which I have already signed there is no contact details and the phone number that is on your product I cannot us is out of my area as I am in uk, I have been virtually crying out to you for help you have sent me a license im sorry but I dont understand and now you keep on sending me an application to purchase again here and there, I am a total newbie with computers, wouldnt it be a lot better if you activated the license from your end I have been trying for 2 days now for your help because I keep getting messages telling me I have ran out of space but I havent got the slightest idea how to do it which is the main reason why I purchased your product I am sorry for ranting on but there is no other way I can explain.

Last evening (July 15) I purchased through safecart a software called Pro PC Cleaner the amount requested was $ 29.95. Today I check on my Visa account a charge of $ 63.90. also I find that there will be an additional levy for an automatic renewal that I do not want.
I ask for the return of the amount taken in excess, and the cancellation of the automatic renewal which I do not intend to pay.
No way to contact by phone the company producer of the software Pro Pc Cleaner.

I installed a PC cleaner hoping that what it said on the website that it could solve problems I was have on my Laptop. The website stated that it was 100% and that it was a good product and if I was to have any problems then call the 24/7 hot line.I have record of the purchase and how many times I tried getting help. My PC needed to be shut down afraid of what the PC INC.download was going to do to my computer. I want full refund, and have no desire to deal with this company at all. It will cost me more money to get the issue fix. Not happy with the results of this so called company or product... AT ALL... I would really appreciate if someone would get intouch so this can be resolved please. I also will be getting intouch with my Bank tommorrow to file another complant on this situation also... thanks Don Guy

offers free software for testing speed and viruses on computer . test results show errors omn thousand plus. sign up for 39.95 pc cleaner pro and they will fix. after sign up and fixes, errors still exist. They offer to go into your computer to fix rest of errors. After taking control of my computer, they say they need a maintenance contract for 250 dollars/yr. to make computer run right. After my refusal they exit my computer after inserting errors so I cannot run what I had before they touched it. Numerous phone calls just got more sales pitches And a discount of 50 dollars. (200 instead of 250).called back the following day with same results and they would not give me a managers phone number. Personnally removed pc cleanerpro from mycomputer and had a friend fix some of their inserted problems. Computer still has some errors left in from them.

I found as I though a good program online provided by PC Cleaner Pro. I applied for their help and gave them my PC for checking. They promised to repair it in 3 days and call me back. However after two weeks I haven’t received even a sign from them. When I called to a customer service they told I should wait a little bit more. How can I be sure that they haven’t broken my PC?

PC Cleaner Inc advertised their program as breakthrough in PC maintenance. I had problems with my registry and struggled to find fix to it. I found PC Cleaner offer on the web and decided to by license; their product proved to be complete rubbish and didn’t do anything to fix my PC.
