Obtained a quote on fitness equipment from Pro Fitness. Associate was quick on getting the quote back and was real promising on delivering the equipment in 6 to 8 weeks. Contacted associate on a regular basis to check progress. When it approached the 8 week period he said the powder coater was behind and would get it out as soon as possible. After a few more phone calls he said he would ship what he had ready. (5 out of 7 pieces) I was told the driver had to deliver some in Texas before he made it to Louisiana. Twenty days later and a few phone calls later I was told that they could not get in touch with the driver so they would send their delivery guy out in their truck to pick it off the other truck and get it to me. After a few more days I called and could not get an answer. The associate had to get someone from another business he was affiliated with to call and tell me what was going on. The new guy said that the equipment never got shipped and there was not a truck and that the equipment was damaged and had to be repaired. He said the equipment was back and the powder coaters and that it should be done in a few days. Two weeks later I contacted him and he said that the equipment was ready and that they were waiting on me to pay the remaining balance. I never received an invoice on pay pal account for the remaining balance. Two days later I get a refund in my account and the reason for refund was that I did not pay balance owed after I was told he would contact me when the equipment was ready and that there was no up to date address to reship the equipment. Reship equipment that was never shipped. Now he will not answer phone calls or messages. SURPISE, SURPRISE!! Three months after initial quote still will not answer messages and still no equipment. Buyers please be aware!!!
