Privilage Card / Giving me false offers!
The story is i came one day to the front desk to apply for the membership for the privilage card as my friend is holding one, and i really enjoyed the hotel and their services in kuwait.
I spoke with the presenter for that section (the privilage card holders) and she told me with clear English words IF YOU SING UP TODAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL GET 2 FREE NIGHTS AND THE ROOM WILL BE SUIT INSTEAD OF REGULAR ROOM .
I really surprised about the offer and i told her to repeat the offer for me and she told me the offer for that day only and if i leave without it she will not offer me that any other day, so directly i payed the amount of money she asked for.
After 3 days they brought to me the backege for the offer and i was shocked to what i saw, they only gave me 1 free night and the other offer is stay 2 nights and pay only for one.
I was really angry about and i spoke with the help desk who admit the it was a mistake from their person who gave me the details, so they tried to appologise which i did not accept and i said either they give me what i have been promised or return my money back... and now i have been waiting for the refund for one month and still not replay and their phone lines always busy.
