ON THE 10TH APRIL 2008 MY FAMILY CONSISTING OF WIFE, SON, DAUGHTER AND SON-INLAW WERE FLYING TO BANGLADESH BY THE GREAT EMIRATES - WE ALWAYS FLY EMIRATES AS THE SERVICES ARE VERY GOOD, GOOD FOOD, PLENTY OF DRINKS [SOFT/HARD] LITTLE KIDS ARE GIVEN GIFTS, KIND PERSONALITY AND PLEASANT BEHAVIOUR BY THE AIR LINE PEOPLE.

OUR ITINARY WAS CANADA TO LONDON TO DUBAI TO DHAKA, BANGLADESH - IN HEATHROW AIRPORT OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED 4.1/2 TO 5 HOURS AND ON ARRIVAL AT DUBAI WE MISSED OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT TO DHAKA, BANGLADESH - IT WAS 4 TO 5 A.M IN THE MORNING AND WE WERE ACCOMODATED WITH HOTEL AND BREAKFAST - WE WERE TIRED, SICK AND HAD NO CHOICE.

IN THE MEANTIME A TRANSPORT WAS HIRED AT DHAKA TO DRIVE US TO CHITTAGONG [THE TOTAL COST WAS TAKA 9500/- WE THEREFORE MISSED OUR PLANE AND HAD TO PAY THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPANY OF THE HIRED TRANSPORT.

THE NEXT DAY EMIRATES TOOK OFF FOR DHAKA, BANGLADESH AS SCHEDULED AND BEFORE WE BOARDED THE PLANE WE CALLED AND INFORMED RELATIVES OF OUR ARRIVAL AND THE TRANSPORT WAS AGAIN HIRED, BUT ON ARRIVED AT OUR DESTINATION, OUR 5 PCS LUGGAGE DID NOT COME - IT WAS LEFT AT DUBAI - SO WE HAD TO CANCEL THE TRANSPORT AND PAID ANOTHER LOSS TO THE HIRED TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.

MY WIFE'S BROTHER WAS GETTING MARRIED AND WE WERE CARRYING ALL THE CLOTHES, DECORATIONS, ETC BUT OUR LUCK WAS BAD WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY AT DHAKA TO RECEIVE OUR LUGGAGE.

WE THEREFORE COULD NOT ALTER THE CLOTHES AS SOME OF THE CLOTHING DID NOT FIT. ITS A BIG OCCASION AND YOU MUST ADMIT EVERYONE WANTS TO LOOK THEIR BEST.

WE SPENT A LOT - LOT OF MONEY FOR A VERY SHORT VACATION AND WE WERE STUCK UP, TIRED AND DISGUSTED. I SINCERELY LEAVE IT UP TO YOU TO PLEASE HELP US AND COMPENSATE US FOR THE TROUBLE, LOSS OF FUNDS AND TIME.
