Pristine Health Unauthorised Deductions

This company has deducted USD$87.62 from my credit card without any form of authorisation from me. I believe that my infromation was forwarded to them from another company andthis is a world wide scam. I never received products from this company nor have I placed any orders with this company. I have lodged a disputed transactions report with my credit card provider and would like to ensure not further deductions are attempted on my card. This is, I believe a world wide scam.

Took up an offer of FREE dental product and then some weeks later Pristine had taken a sum of $79 from my account and I had NEVER even heard of them. Shimmering White Teeth also took unauthorised payment but I managed to get re-imbursed. The whole Company and their associated companies are operating a RIP-OFF. I am still seeking re-imbursement from Pristine health.

Have had 2 amounts debited from my card unauthorised. Have put in complaints to my Bank. I did order a trial size Facecream from ClearLift and apparently this is part of a group of companies that once they have your a/c details will bill you amounts under different names.
MORAL: Donot ever accept anything that offers a Trial via internet...They are a SCAM

speak to your bank/credit card provider immediately and cancel your card (the only way to make it stop for sure)

your bank/credit card provider may also be able to help get back some of the payments - if you can provide a copy of the cancellation email, but it will not be a total recovery

evil little ba****ds - they rely on the "confusion" they claim not to have intentionally caused - what a lot of rubbish

Pristine Health Fraud

I have just received my Nov/Dec Mastercard account and there is one unauthorised amount debited and it is from Pristine Health. This is for $99 Australian dollars and I haven't received anything other than two free sample tooth whitener pens. This has not been approved by me and I haven't received anything for it. I am also researching Beauty Club from Canada for $12.90 Aust. Dollars and I haven't authorised that, plus $99.95 Aust. Dollars for a place listed as Ultifreshwell without my authority. This is also from Canada/USA. This has got to stop and I will not pay it.

Pristine Health Fraud - Unauthorised

I also have been scammed by this Company, I also through a reward offering survey website took up a trial offer of a moisturiser but had to pay for the postage of this product. Since then my credit card has been charged 4 other times and I have not received any products or anything for my money. Total cost is $299.35 AUS plus $7.48 AUS bank fees. I also do not have any correspondence from this company in relation to any of this. The only thing I have been able to do is to cancel my credit card and also put in a formal complaint through the Bank to try and have these costs reimbursed.

Pristine Health Unauthorized charging

I ordered a sample of Tooth whitener (which doesn't work!).
Got charged more than advertised due to 'postage costs'.
Have now also been charged £55.17 and received nothing more from them. Can't find how to cancel either and my credit card company says I have to cancel, they can't stop the claims!

How are companies like this still allowed to operate?

Pristine Health Money Rip off

Another one bites the dust! Same story as everybody else, they took me for C$ 95.99 and C$95.35. The interesting thing is that they called to confirm my order and I told them that I didn't want anything and I didn't want any additional charges to my credit card but they still did it. My credit card company said that if I don't receive the goods within 1 month they will recharge back to them, but I guess I didn't need them to take that money from my account to begin with. I just won't pick up any of the goods from the post office, or I will return them undelivered back through the mail...that way they weren't delivered right?! . I did call the original numbers on my credit card [protected] but the number is not in service. I then got a number from this and other sights [protected] and they cancelled it. I asked why it wasn't cancelled before when I told them not to charge anything further to my card and she said that that was the outbound calls dept. and she said that she is in the inbound calls dept. and she doesn't know why I wasn't transferred to her dept for the cancelation. Perhaps because you are all scammers and you should be ashamed of yourself. I told her she should look for another job because sooner or later they will be closed down. She advised that all further charges to my card are stopped - but we shall see. The Credit Card company will make note that no further charges will be processed and will be reversed if I call from this point onwards. Good luck to you all.

Pristine Health Unauthorized charge to debit account

I agree completely with all the complaints here. I fell into it when I read a CBS News article about Premium White and Clean Whites. Don't do business with either of these companies! One charged me $80.75 and the other charged $87.62. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but ultimately my bank was the one who sucessfully disputed the charges on my account. I've learned not to try anymore "free samples" or nearly free samples from websites anymore. I would suggest Crest White Strips because they truly work! I tried them and they work better than these overly priced con artists out there on the internet. Stick to what you can buy in a store as opposed to any hype on line! At least stores have return policies and no hassles! I learned my lesson after getting jipped twice in the same month...There's no such thing as FREE!

By the way, "supposedly" their terms and agreements both want you to return their SAMPLE product within 7 days of using it... or you will get charged! Which is rediculous! I had this argument with the manager from Clean Whites (affiliated with Health Clns) and he was completely bland and read by the script and according to our conversation has no authority to help customers! Just stay away from these two companies!

Pristine Health Unauthorised credit card charge

I took up Trial offer and paid $5.95 postage cost. One month later, without any contact or authority they charged my card $87.62 . In the UK this is considered theft and legal action can be taken I am not sure about the position in America but I shall be finding out. These type of companies need to be brought under control by government and the owners jailed to protect the general, law abiding public.

Pristine Health unauthorized charges against my credit card

I purchased a trial size of this advertised tooth whitening product. During the course of the phone call they asked me if I wanted to purchase the full product line for a much higher price. I firmly declined, since I hadn't tried the product how would I know it would work. A couple of weeks later I see the unauthorized higher amount charged by them to my credit card. I'm so sick of these leeches praying of people.

The only solution to these charges is to contact your respective credit or debit card companies and have the card cancelled and a new card issued. I have been dealing with this fraud for several weeks. Reimbursement is denied from all associated companies and my card is still being charged. Cancelling the current card is the only solution. Good luck to you all.

I find it very interesting that any where on the internet that you see complaints regarding this company (sleaze operation), one of their representatives is there with the soothing "your satisfaction is our number one concern" lines. If our satisfaction is truly their primary concern, there would not be any of these sites.
They will only refund your money if you return product that you never received from them in the first place. Very interesting operation they have going.

I have been ripped off by these people, too - how embarassing. Call the customer service number at [protected] and tell them to cancel your account immediately. You have a 30 day return policy on the product, send it back as soon as you get it and supposedly they will return your money. Ask the agent on the phone for an original ID number, you will need to put it on the outside of your package. These people are total rip off artists, what a SCAM. Good luck to all of you. That company should be ashamed of themselves.

I too have been duped and like yourselves I had NOT ordered any future orders. Only when I opened a statement yesterday from Capital One Credit Card, an account that I had CLOSED on the 20th Oct did I see that this theft of a transaction took place on the 5th of NOVEMBER. I have been on the phone to the card company numerous times to no avail and they are making me resposnsible. I have and I am refusing to pay this amount for something I did not order or have received from an account that no longer exists. Shame on both those companies. Below is my online chat to Pristine to get my monies back...

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Victoria'
Victoria: Hello and welcome to PremiumWhite. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?
you: You are speaking to a very angry lady, namely Ms Gibson whom you have taken £54.57 from an account I used to have and I am now being billed for. I took out a free trial of your crappy tooth whitener. I want you to refund this money immediately.
Victoria: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?
Victoria: One moment please while I locate your account information.
Victoria: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments.
Victoria: As per the Terms and Conditions which you indicated that you had read and agreed to before placing your initial order, you were charged discounted monthly installments of $87.62 for the one month supply of Dazzle Smile Teeth Whitening which you have received.
Victoria: Your cancellation number is: 762011
Victoria: We are unable to process return requests via live chat because of privacy and security reasons.
Victoria: Please contact our member support staff at our toll-free number for all return information:
Victoria: The number to call is [protected]. They are available 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). They are closed on Sundays.
you: I can assure you if this money is not put back into that account immediately then my lawyer and fraud department will be looking into it
Victoria: You no need to worry at all, as you are covered under 30 days money back g

What an absolute CON! I too, have been Ripped off! Dazzle Smile made my gums swell so I have cancelled my subscription and, as told by an operator on the so-called Helpline, i was told to return my Applicator/Pen! Why should i send a FREE trial back to them? I sent the FREE trial back to them after paying yet another charge for the inconvenience of all this, and I stuck by the rules, I had the pen sent back within the dates allowed before i was fully charged! YET STILL this joke of a company have took nearly £60 out of my account without authorisation and I am FUMING! And no letter will convince me that this is just simply a mis-understanding! Because this just isnt a good enough explanation to my circumstance considering i followed all the rules that were stated to me by the company's own UN-Helpful line! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! And to anyone that is reading this...DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, they are more or less stealing peoples money...Its an absolute disgrace!

I decided to give the free teeth whitening trial a go and same as everyone else didnt work. Now I am getting unauthorised $63 taken out of my credit card and cause things are tight at the moment there hasnt been enough funds in there to cover it, but still gets taken out and I get charged an over drawn fee. I have even sent the product back without opening it asking for a refund and I have never got a refund back. I bet none of these complaints get looked at, only by angry customers

I just called my bank: call this number... they operate under four businesses so you will have to specify that you bought from PRISTINE HEALTH, teeth whitening.

number is: [protected] and ask for proof of cancellation via email or through the mail as well as a reference number. Chances are you will not get your money back. I didn't.

I agree with the others. It's a scam! Just try to even find the customer service number to cancel the orders. (I am in the U.S.)

Once I reached the number provided and I was told they were "on vacation for the holiday." That was two days before Thanksgiving!

Recently I did reach an operator and arranged for a cancellation of one of the products. When I asked to cancel the second product as well, I was told she could only handle one product cancellation at a time and that I would have to call back to the same phone number to cancel the other product.

I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I couldn't agree more with 'katkmd'.

I know am such a fool for falling for this scam. I'm utterly appauled by this and I see I am one not the only one - of perhaps hundreds of thousands of people all over the world! Still doesn't change the fact that I fell for this hook line and sinker, but at least there are hundreds of people on the internet who have been there and can offer advice on their experiences.

I have had my bank card cancelled- luckliy my bank CALLED ME to check if the payments were genuine. One got through of £53.00 which I am on the road to claw back - the other payments were automatically stopped. My bank was actually aware of this so called company- and my advisor said 'oh, I've heard of this 'company' before' and immediatly advised me to cancel my card!

I too am based in the UK and now commence my battle with this 'company' to retrive my money. What an utter nightmare.

I too have been ripped off. I have followed your link only to get a number that is available in 'mountain time' No meaning whatsoever to a UK person. I am desperately working with the faud team at my bank. There is NO online facility. The web link posted only provides numbers which say to call in 'mountain time' then don't say what that is. The internet is FULL of forums complaining about this scam. You do not make your t&c clear. It is beyond misleading. How does a UK person get hold of your company to cancel. Really really poor show to claim this is anything other than a total scam.
