Prism / Prism Order
I ordered Prism on March 5, 2012 and I was not informed by customer service that their would be an issue with their technicians doing their job. I was suppose to have it installed on the 10th, then on the 17th and then on the 28th and I received a call to be confirmed for install on the 30th. I called and what I got from customer service was the run around. It's a waiting game and it's a waste of my time when they do not call the customer. They keep telling me that the wiring isn't done, next they tell me that the ports weren't installed and another time it had to do with the antennas. What lies do they tell everyone. I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER NOT AN IDIOT... WHY SHOULD I DO THEIR JOB ? STILL WAITING FOR MY PRISM. EXPECT TO WAIT AND NOT BE TOLD ANYTHING WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE PRISM. CENTURYLINK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY YOUR MONEY. EXPECT THE RUN AROUND TOO. NO ONE CAN EVER BE HONEST ANYMORE.
