On about January 2017, Mr. Jay Abrams (BUSINESS CARD: RED PAYMENT attached) solicited the place I was helping to manage, called P G, in Florida, offering Merchant services, from Red Payment/ FDGL as an upgrade of FGDL account which that store already have.
During three or four visits, Mr. Jay Abrams showed me his knowledge about systems, and about the store’s FDGL account at Bofa (because of this I believed that he worked for FDGL). He had access to our Bank of America Merchant Report, and after that Mr. Jay asked me for one blank check to see some information to compare; and he took picture of it, before returning me the check.
At the same day, he did some calls from inside of the store, and after that he offered me an FGDL upgrade with lower fees, and faster services. No new costs, and lower charges, but to show me the how many money the business could save, he told me to sign one dirty paper asking for the simulation. I accepted Mr. Abrams' offer, and signed that scratched paper in which he put manually some information, according him, to make the simulation, which he would bring me back in few days (as he told me).
Mr. Jay Abrams promised, yet, to come back with a contract that I could show to the business’ owners to sign if they like. After that day, he never returned, but continued sending phone messages telling that he would return soon.
On about February, I received one small machine with instructions to substitute a big machine that the store had (from FDGL, too). I asked to him, by message, where was the simulation, and when guys from FDGL would pick the old one up, an Mr. Jay sent me the simulation by mail. At that time I really was very sad, but Mr. Jay promised return to the business to show me the contract to sign, and to explain how we can use the new machine.
Two days after, I received one letter from FDGL, asking me about insurance for that machine, but as Pop had other machine insured, I thought they would change from the previous to a new one. I was confused, but I was not finding someone to explain me what was happening. (As I am foreigner, and my English is very bad, I thought that I didn’t understand some instructions, and started to use the new machine trying to understand how to operate it by myself, which caused me many lost in sells).
At the same day, and for 10 consecutive days, I called to FDGL/Red Payments’ customer service, and representatives could not find the Merchant Identification that the store had, at the System, or even the store’s name. From this day on, I stopped the use of that new machine, and wait to return it to the owner, which I didn’t know who was.
On April, the bank account of the company received 3 separated charges, two from FDGL, and the other one, from a debit card created by someone who was not identified by Bofa. I called to Bank of America, and I had access to a new FDGL Customer Service number. The FDGL customer service didn’t find one explanation for that doubled charge related to my merchant number, and I called back to Bank of America to cancel that doubled debit, and the debit card created without company permission.
On 4/25/2017, I contacted FGDL again, concerned about that non-authorized debit, and I spoke with a Brazilian representative. (Portuguese is my native language). I provided the store’s merchant number, and one other merchant identification that I found at the new small machine. After researching these numbers, the representative told me the reason why the store was having so many problems with doubled charges. She told me that new merchant number was created by a company called Priority Payment System, which was an unknown company to them, and to me. The representative also confirmed that neither the processing machine, nor the merchant number was related, or belonged to FGDL. She told me, however, that the Priority Payment Systems was using FGDL merchant process system. She oriented me to call to the PRIORITY Payment Systems, to explain the situation, and to cancel the account opened, and gave me the number of that company which I never heard about.
Immediately, I contacted Priority Payment Systems, and spoke with Costumer Service with hopes of trying to resolve all the problems, and issues, Mr. Jay Abrams, his employee had caused. The customer service representative said that the sales representative who contacted me, and who was responsible for that account was not Mr. Jay Abrams, but Mr. Alex (he refused to give me the last name), and transferred me. I could reach Mr. Alex, who, after listen all history, told me that he couldn’t find the contract signed by me, and he would return the call to me, when he found it. He never called me back. (I never signed one contract, and I couldn’t sign one because I was not the owner of that company).
I contact The State of Florida General Attorney Equip, and explained the FRAUD that Mr. Jay Abrams put me in. (attached) The Florida General Attorney WAS GREAT and made a contact with FDGL that immediately canceled that FRAUD, and sent me one letter asking for excuses, and telling me to try contact with PRIORITY PAYMENT SYSTEMS - PPS (attached). However, this company (PPS) is specialist in fraudulent activity, as I could see at internet claims (attached). They change address every time, they use Postal Box, they never permit access to the fraudulent guys, and they called me to threaten me, at least 3 times. Finally, they sent me one letter telling that they didn’t want to keep the service with the Store, however, I must continue to pay for the service that I contracted (?), even with no service! I sent back the machine, with all these explanations inside, to the same address used to send me this cited letter.
I never contracted that services. I am not the owner of the business, I just signed one simulation questionnaire in a dirty sheet. Mr. Jay Abrams used my signature to remove money from the store’s account.
The State of Florida General Attorney promised me contact Federal Bureau to investigate them.
Now they are contracting Oxygen Recovery Group to dirt my name.

This is to cancel this sick relationship that started because I received this man called Jay Abrams in that store, and caused me 9 months of sadness.

They also committed fraud on me as well. I am trying to reach out to others who have experienced the same issues.
