I purchased two color cartridges from Print Pal a While back, I needed them the other day, and put one in, and Printer LCD screen said no good, use another cartridge, I put in 2nd cartridge, and this also is no good. I put back old cartridge and shows ok, very little ink left in old cartridge. I call the Company, and they tell me ok they will send me replacements, then I get an e-mail stating cartridges out of warranty, I never new there was any warranty on them, and on the box the cartridges came in the use before date is marked 12.2008, that leaves me two months. They never stand behind there product, or there advertisements. They once sent me a 15% off cupon in the mail, when I went to use it, they said it was no good any more. There was no expiration date on the cupon. They are no better than a crook.

    The ink cartridges that I got from you only printed one page until my popup indicated low ink levels. A reused cartridge doesnt save me anything if I can only print one page with it. Maybe you haVE A solution to this problem. A refund or replacement would be nice. Thank you ...Pat Finnegan
