Good day, my name is robin Thomas and I'm a loyal customer of Pringles. But it saddened me to say that today was one of those days i wished i never encountered. I went to my local Walmart like always and to purchase my favorite Pringles jalapeño. And as i purchased my Pringles to enjoy the super bowl. I opened the cans and found that both of them where stale but with a expiration date of 3/06/2019. With that being sad i was crushed and confused on why the was stale. Sincerely loyal customer

Today is the 3rd time I have bought a can or cheddar cheese pringles, and every time they've had almost no cheddar flavoring on them! They're basically just the original chips with a little orange on the edges. I have bought these from 3 different places by the way and it's the same every time! Depending on where you buy from i can pay up to $2.95 for pringles, and then I'm not even getting what I paid for! On 3 different occasions!

Hi i purchased these today and its not the first time its happened. Here we have to pay premium prices for Pringles approx 3 to 4 euro a tube, for this price you'd expect a full tube of Pringles. Lately I have had tubes which are just about 80% full. I think you guys should fill them a little more or you might lose some customers. I love them too much to fall out over something so small. Out with the family and I wanted some salt and vinegar chips. So I go into the store and get some pringles. I proceed to the check out and but them. I then got in the car and I started to drive away. About half way into my trip I opened the chips and they tasted so bad. So I close the lid and put them down. Couple mins later I went to get the chips again and see if I can find the expectation date and behold they are expired by 8 months and 10 days.

So I'm snacking on a can of original pringles while reading a book. I reach in for another chip and pull out something that looks like, well I don't know. Please see pictures an you tell me. It was gross and I threw out the whole can. I understand that things can happen during manufacturing but where is the quality control? Why just one chip like this in the whole can? I'm glad I didn't bite into it!

Dear Prangs
I bought a tube of cheddar cheese for my twin girls sleep over to find out it was pain inside. A whole tube of pain prangs. The girls where upset because the other girls where picking on then, saying your mom can't buy flavor prangs, what kind of sleep over is this. To say it was not a good night. All they wanted was cheddar cheese prangs.

My name is Zandile and I would like to submit a complaint on top of a complaint.

Two weeks ago I called in to let Pringle know that I had bought a tin of Pringles and they were a bit too salty and were not edible, and a week later I was sent some Kelloggs vouchers.

Today 27/12/2017 I went to Clicks Sandton to purchase some Pringles using my vouchers, and the supervisor (Sizakele) at the stall refused to sell me the goods her reason being that the Pringles were not a product from Kelloggs

Please help because now I'm having a problem using the vouchers issued to me

I have already emailed through this web site on previous occassion without reply.
My son bought a tube of pringles at a football match and found a black nark inbedded into one of the crisps, this was not a burn mark.
This obviously deterred him from finishing his snack which he usually loves and enjoys
He could not even return the tube of crisps to the vendor as the game had started
I have enclosed photos he took on his phone for you to investigate what the foreign matter was
looking forward to hearing from you a second time a round

Me and my partner bought Cheese and onion Pringles ( as we have many many times before, as it's our favourite flavour) we bought them from spar shop at bridlington.
Paid full price. And some of the Pringles tasted of cheese and onion, and some of them bbq!
They was from the exact same container.
And we asked a friend to sample them too to clarify our suspicion .
And to make matters worse I'd done a 13 hour awful shift for the NHS... on a Sunday .. and wanted Pringles all day!
And the laugh of it all, on the container it says " perfect flavour in every bite "! Well as a starting point I'd start with getting the right flavour in the right container !

My son bought a tube of pringles (sour cream and chives )
bar code number [protected]
when he opened tube cripps had a dark object inbedded into the crisp
Obviously these could not be eaten as he was unsure of what the object was.
My son was at a football match so was unable to take the tube back to the seller as the match was already underway
please could you look into this and reply why your usually excellent product has been compromised

Strangest thing. I bought a can in Target in Daytona Florida. When I got to my hotel and decided to eat some, the can which was still sealed was more than half empty. Not broken chips, just half empty. I decided not to eat any and throw away. The store is too far away to take back but wondering if you can do anything for me about this issue. I buy many cans a week of the Tangy Buffalo in the orange colored can. I cant stop eating them.

Dear Pringles, I have been a happy customer for many years now. And earlier today, I went into food basket supermarket in Penal, Trinidad as I usually do. I bought myself my favourite flavour sour cream and onion and came home. When I opened the can the disgusting, pungent odour that exhumed from the can could have knocked me out cold. It smelled like glue, all the chips smelled liked glue mixed with chemicals. I had an allergic reaction just due to whatever was in that can and had to take antihistamines to prevent from dying of anaphylaxis. Do you consider us as dogs in this country? Don't y'all check these items? Thank God the supermarket was nice enough to exchange it. But I am so turned off. Please check the cans and it's contents better. I am still a Pringles fan, but it would take a moment before I can get over this incident. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Respectfully, Latoya Francois.

Sorry but I have found a foreign object baked into one of the Pringles in the tube I bought from our local Coop last week:( It seems to be a bit of rubber with dots in it. I have attached photos so you can see it. Not sure what you do in these types of circumstances but I am just worrying if there is more of it out there and if someone else does not notice and eats it as it could do harm? I have kept it plus the tube just encase you require any further information?

I am based in Durban, chatsworth South Africa and I was greatly dissatisfied with a Sour cream Pringles that I recently purchased from a Checkers Hyper store in Durban.

Pringles which is known for and boasts about “bursting with flavor” was not the case for me.

The Pringles I purchased lacked flavor and the item tasted like there had been so flavoring/ seasoning at all.

I was highly disappointed.

On Saturday 7th October 2017, I purchased a tube of salt/vinegar Pringles from Asda in Llandudno, when I arrived home and On opening the box and to my disgust I discovered a hair attracted to the side of the inside of the tube.
I am a frequent buyer of Pringles and never had any cause for concern, but on this occasion I have had a problem, I have attracted a photo, for your records, I have kept the tube of Pringles if they are needed in any way,

Hello pringles!

Ok first of all I am not normally a person who complains because I generally love your products! In fact I've never posted a complaint!

Anyways! Came back from America a few days ago so today I went a got a few of my usual treats!

Eating away at the pringles got 10 pringles in when BAMMMM all I can taste is original ... no other Pringle in the packet gave me the delish mouth watering taste that I craved..

I'm soooo dissapointed, after a weekend of drinking of course my 2.60 doesn't come cheap! I could of course choose a cheaper brand but no went with a favourite!

Please in future make sure and flavour all of your pringles so broke [censor] like me don't get that extreme let down.

Recently had a can of pringles (dill pickle flavour) and found a rock like looking thing when biting into the chips. It is actually quite big. Found it dangerous so, had to notify that. And it was dark so people usually can't see. But trusting such big brand we feel at ease biting into your products, but displeasure while consuming this product happened.

Dear pringles company.
You chips are the most awesome things ever created by man.
You got me addicted... I am serious never gonna eat another brand of chip even if it kills me.
To the board that's handling complaints... You just keep working hard and knowing that someone out hear appreciates everything your doing to make pringles last forever.

Hello im just writing to tell you how dissapointed i was when i brought two large tubs of pringles and my hand could not fit in there to retreave them (my hands are a normal smallish size) i was looking forward to them aswell and not only that there was only half a tub now that really did not make my day at all beacuse there so tasty.i am just writing to say i think you should make the hole bigger so that its easier to get my hand in them as like i said i enjoy your product and was dissopointed when not only could i not get my hand in there was only half a tub.

I bought pringles at big bay Pick and Pay in Cape Town...and my tin was half. I always buy pringles but never experienced this. im very unhappy as it is misleading and unfair. make the container smaller if you minimize in size..but please don't mislead people and sell half a tin.
the chips already appear smaller and I somehow understand that you need to make more profit but don't mislead customers
