I bought this phone 3 months ago and went to load more time on it and was told they no longer support cdma phones that I would have to buy a new phone... I pointed out that there web site still said they supported it and they were like oh well I guess we haven't updated it yet. DO NOT USE PRIME TIME WIRELESS!

I PURCHASED A PRIMETIME WIRELESS PHONE 3 YEARS AGO.
ONE LAST MONTH I GO TO RELOAD MY MINUTES, THE SALES CLERK HANDS ME AN "ALL AROUND WIRELESS " PHONE CARD! WHAT THE HELL! IT TURNS OUT THAT PRIMETIME WIRELESS WAS BOUGHT OUT BY THIS COMPANY.

THEN NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS LATER, ALL AROUND WIRELESS WAS OUT OF BUISNESS! NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Primetime wireless way my carrier for sometime, but they changed my phone number without my knowledge and YES they did absorbe some of my free nights and weekends minutes (after 9PM) for daytime minutes. This pissed me off. The company that took over Primetime is (was) All Around Wireless as of May 5, 2008, I have not been able to contact them. When I call their toll free numbers a recording says "your call cannot be completed as dialed". This has bee going on for over a week. I believe that the new carrier "All Around Wireless has also gone under.
WHAT ARE WE TO DO? I PURCHASED A CARD AND CANNOT ADD IT TO MY PHONE?
Any suggestions?

Let me tell u, I wouldnt complain if i was any of you guys, I mean ur getting unlimited nights and weekends for a few minutes a day, you can talk untill ur blue all night and all weekend, and yet ur complaining .you have to realize that they r there to make money they r not a charity ...and as far as the primetime wireless & the all around wireless i think its one and the same they did that either to scam the goverment or some lenders or may b even scam some share holders even, who knows but i know one thing who ever is leting them have the minutes, is in on it also otherwise all around wireless wouldnt b able to keep the same #"s but hey if they can get away with it more power to them ...as long as they keep the nights and weekends going

Prime Time has been bought out by All Around & they will start your phone with a phone card of theirs or an unused Prime Time card. Their number is [protected]. They are very busy right now so keep trying if you don't get thru you will eventually. You need the ECN number off the back of your phone & the model number & you can keep your old number it will just take longer to activate (24 hrs.). Good luck.

This company should have been reported. They are the biggest rip off I have seen in pre-paid carriers. I would add a $ 10.00 card on Saturday when it is suppose to be free ( Yea Right ) . Monday Morning I am out of Min. I thought i was getting a good deal I had a nice flip motorola phone I had good reception. Then reality kick in and kick me in the butt. The store where I purchase the phone has stop selling them, because they are a rip off.

I guess the company has completely gone under as of a few days ago. I don't know. I purchased the phone back in November and would add like a token amount of the $10 card with free nites and wknds till i realized what a rip off it was; I just never used enough minutes on weekends or evenings to justify having to buy more minutes like every 5 days. This last time I bought the $10 card at 105 anytime minutes. I don't know if there were extra charges or what (and apparently, according to some of you, there probably were) but i had only used half my minutes over the course of a week when it said I pretty much out. I don't know if I had enough minutes or what, but either way, when I went to purchase more, the gas station attendant told me that the company went under like a few days ago (sat 3/22 was when i talked to him). Now, their number just rings and rings, another number is busy, and I can't get their webpage to load. So, yeah, that's why they've sucked alot more lately than usual - they don't exist! Contacting the fcc and better business bureau sounds like an excellent idea.

this company seems to have taken the money and ran. My phone was turn off on sunday (free nights and weekends) this has to be the third or fourth time that this has happened. I keep a ten dollars card in my wallet just for this purpose. Low and behold I cant get through to load the minutes, so for four days now the card is just like the phone useless. I plan on contacting the fcc and better business bureau

Well I don't really know but I just got this phone from primetime like a month ago and I don't have anymore minutes but I cannot call the number nor can I go to the website and I've been searching to see if they don't have it anymore or whatever happened and my boyfriend uses it too and he and his friend can't call the number either because it just keeps ringing and ringing like theres not an end. So I would like to know how we will put in more minutes and yes I know it does keep taking minutes away on free nights but I don't really care as long as I get to talk for a while..

I have been trying to reach them for the past two days. The minutes sthat i had are gone. The automated phone only rings until the operator comes on and tell you that the call can not be completed. I bought cards to recharge the phone and now i can't use them.

Garbage, ###, and knowledge of customer service is how I describe Primetime wireless. This company needs to go out of business. I would not suggest this phone to anyone, not even a child.

I can't use my phone during the day or it'll charge me FIVE minutes per minute I talk! I only use it for nights and weekends, if you do choose to use these people make sure you call them and tell them to cancel the text messaging service because the texts don't get sent to your phone anyway and they still charge a minute per text! I use pageplus for my daytime minutes, they offer great service. They have a free nights and weekend package but charges a dollar a day opposed to primetimes $.40 a day. Also only get a ten dollar card with primetime as after 30 days your service automatically cancels. They pretty much suck but who can beat $.40 a day for free nights and weekends?

I too was sold the primetime wireless phone. They sold me on the free nights and weekends. It costs 2 minutes each day whether you use it or not. Not a problem. But I have to call every single day because they take 2 extra minutes off and say it's because the computer is being upgraded. Honestly, who upgrades their computers every single day. Then the customer service acts like I'm stupid when I tell them their computer is stealing my minutes. I keep a log. I have refrained from using my phone at all during the day just to see if it was me making the mistakes or them. It is them. I have nearly gotten into arguments over this with their reps. They are rude and think that the computer doesn't lie. It steals our minutes. It's wrong. We need to figure out how to stop this. Can't get a refund on phone either. I am so upset with these people.

These junk phones take minutes on FREE nights and weekends .its only a couple but its still ### either way. I would not suggest anyone to get one. Unless you have money to throw away. The voicemail number preprogrammed into the phone is some old lady so where is this voicemail they say comes with the phone? Leave these junks alone.
