Joined primerica on 10/14/10 and tried to go to website www.us-iba-refunds@primerica.com and couldnt get to the site to cancel and get refund. my rep # was VPGY8 Bryan Harris and phone is the way to contact me. This is ridiculous and disappointing that a company with all these assets cant even let me on a website to get 69 of 99 refunded

My name is Patricia Dixon, I joined Primerica the first week in March. I decided this business is not for me, I would like a refund of $99 plus my first months fee of $25. I was given this email address to request the refund.

Advice: Be completely sure that you really want to work for this company before giving them your personal information. It's is a hassle trying to get a refund from them. 2 weeks and I'm still trying

I was helped by Joana, she had the nerve of telling me not to call her anymore after I had left a voice mail asking get for my money back. They are in an office at Gage and Easter. Wow, the majority of you are clearly trailer trash. "Scam", Harass, rip-off"? Are you serious? Just because you cannot hack it does not mean the company is at fault, if no one had authorization to charge your card or do any of the involuntary actions that you are claiming then you should not have given that information in the first place. You knew goddam well what you were doing and are now embellishing the truth just to get your way instead of being honest about why YOU cannot make it'

Not able to get IBA refund. Made several calls. Received several
telephone numbers to call and fax to cancel my membership
with Primerica.
I was unable to receive my refund, it's been about a year when i talk to someone and i was waiting on my refund and never received it.

Primerica business is a good company as a whole and has great products that everyone should have in everyday life. I appreciate my complaint/issue being handled efficiently and swiftly with care to both me as a customer and as a former rep. I am currently being harassed by my former RVP. I need to be contacted to have this resolved asap. He is asking for me to send him hundreds of dollars in 10 days or he will sue me for charge backs that he got recently. I left the company last December thru the means of Regena Wood. They have established a new 24 hour hotline to provide for full refunds of anyone who paid agents fees and POL fees, and never got licensed. Within the past 2 years. Call this number for a full refund:

I also would like to cancel my IBA application and get my refund back. I just joined the company 3 weeks ago. I sent emails to us_iba_refunds@primerica.com already and didn't get any reply. I also called in but no one can give me an answer after transferring me multiple times (which ended up with me giving a voice mail to Debbie). What else do I need to do to get my refund? And how much of my refund will I get back?

well hope you guys fixed all it. you should have gotten a a packet called IBA supplement that should of allowed you to get your money back. And as a success rate anyone who asks for their money back in a period of 90 days after submitting an application should get their money back

I agree that the folks who decide to drop out of Primerica should be able to get their money back. But in reality, I feel that $99 is a small price to pay for getting a dose of experience in what this "company" does.
My biggest gripe is that I work a fulltime job and have absolutely no time to do all the stuff they want me to do and study for my insurance license exam all before the end of the month. I already am sick of my recruiter demanding so much of my free time and expecting me to get names and numbers for her so much. I have little opportunity to do all this recruiting and work my real job too.
I have been in this thing for less than three weeks and already cancelled my POL subscription and sent an e-mail to cancel my membership and stated my wishes to dissassociate myself from them.
I sure hope all that I have done works. I requested that the POL subscription fee drafts be ceased and that I no longer am interested in working with the organization.
I sincerely hope I do not have future problems with this. I haven't been in it very long but, I fear a drawn out process of getting out.
Thanks to all here for airing your experiences for the rest of us so we don't feel so isolated.
