Not able to get IBA refund. Made several calls. Received several
telephone numbers to call and fax to cancel my membership
with Primerica.
I do not want the run around. I just want to cancel.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

If you signed up for Primerica Online (POL) you will need to send a separate email cancelling your subscription to help_callatlantabilling(at)primerica(dot)com, or call the billing department at [protected].
