Prime Time Savings Charges

I ordered my kids bendaroos for christmas at asseenontv.com in november 08. . When i got my credit card statement in december there was a charge on there from this prime time savings place (For november) . . I called and they said i authorized it when i made an online purchase. . . Which i did not authorize! They would not refund me because they said it was had already been 30 days. . . They again charged me again in december. . . I tried to use my credit card today at home depot and it was declined. . . The credit card company had cancelled my card because of fraud. . . I called and there was about 12 transactions on there that i did not authorize from all around the world. . Everyonr else that is having this trouble. . . The problems may have came from asseenontv.com - - - - if you have recently bought anything from there. . . I would advise friends and family do not buy anything off asseenontv.com. . . They say its a secure website but how could it been if this happened. .

I have no idea what this company is. I recently received my credit card statement and saw a $16.95 charge that I did not authorize, i have not called the company. so if you see this on your credit card bill please call and complain . these charges are fraudulent and the company should be punished for these charges.

Starting in Jan. 09 a $16.95 charge started apearing on my bank statement. I dispute it every month and yet they still keep charging my account month after month. I have called them a number of times and everytime I get them on the line and say that there is a charge on my account, they start pretending that they can not hear me. I have had to cancel my debit card due to the charges and my not being able to contact these people to get them to stop.

This company is a fraud, they keep debiting my account, but all of their phone numbers are not in service and there is no way to contact them. If there is a class action lawsuit, I would gladly be a participant.

If you are having trouble finding the number for Prime Time Savings, here it is 866.223.1555. I didn't even see it on my statements since I have most of my bills auto deduct. They got me for over $100.00. Ugh!I feel stupid for not catching it sooner.

When I called them, they did not have my account under my name nor my phone number but they did pull it up under my email account (very strange). They just sent me an email notifying me that my account had been cancelled. I will use that against them if they continue to charge me. They said I was being charged for a monthly email/mailer sending me coupons and certificates for discount shopping and restaurants. I have no clue what they are talking about.

In November, Prime Time Savings started debiting my bank account without my permission. I called the company and got a cancellation confirmation, but could get no satisfaction as to how they got my information. They told me that I had clicked on a Wal-Mart gift card offer while ordering something on-line. I assured them this was absolutely NOT true. I asked them what I was purchasing when I supposedly clicked on said offer. They gave me a list of prospects, and the only thing I had purchased (that they named) was Acai Pure. I could not get any satisfaction from the person I spoke with, so I called customer services at Acai Pure. The person I spoke with (Kevin) was not at all friendly or helpful when I tried to tell him about this scam. He did inform me that he was hanging up on me. I don't know how these two companies are related...but it makes me wonder...also makes me leery of ordering anything by internet!

Prime Time Savings Unauthorized deductions

Unauthorized deduction from my account, I have never signed up for or would sign up to bank with a company I know nothing about...the $16.95 charge is pending, and I have contacted my bank and they will not allow this to go through... But that being said, this company needs to be stopped, I can see I am not the only one, and like others I have tried to contact them with out any results. I can't file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau online because I do not have an address for them. If anyone gets there issue resolved, please let the rest of us know how.

Thanks...and good luck everyone...

I am yet another victim of this company's unauthorized charges to my Visa account. On December 9th, I was charged the same $16.95. I called the customer service [protected]) and spoke to Veronica. I explained that I never authorized this charge and demanded a refund. She said she would cancel my membership, but she could not remove the first charge since it had been more than 30 days. I explained that I did not receive my Visa bill until January 21st, so there was no way for me to challenge the charge prior to the 30 day window expiring since I didn't even know about it. She said I had the 30 days to enjoy all the "benefits" of the program. I repeated, How could I enjoy the "benefits", if I didn't know anything about it? I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she had none and that she was the boss. I asked who the owner of the company was and she said she could not tell me for security reasons. This is simply fraud. Something should be done to stop this company--it's criminal! I did contact my Visa company and, hopefully, they will help. Meantime this company probably continues to make lots of money by scamming us.

I was also a victim of the unauthorized charge of $16.95 charge on my debit card through an order done through yahoo (couldn't get any more than that due to privacy reasons).
Called customer service [protected]) of "Primetime Savings" to cancel account and was issued cancelation credit and confirmation# that is supposed to be issued in 1-2 business days. We'll see if that happens.
Bottom line: Originally when ordering item it was never authorized and now, after calling credit union, I have to close account and open a new one.
Big pain in my ***. Hope this helps anyone in the same situation.

Prime Time Savings fraud

I also have been scammed by "Prime Time Savings" and I have no idea who they are, nor have I ever heard of them until now.

I just got finished looking over my checking account and was surprised to find several charges from this company not to mention that they even FORGED my signature on a debit receipt!

I am taking the advice given by "Anonymous" and filing a complaint with Florida's Better Business Bureau. I also plan on contacting my local branch office first thing in the morning to see what I can do there as well to make sure that no more autodrafts are made to this company.

Seriously, as a group we could join forces and sue this company. I would even be willing to hire the attorney. Anyone that may be interested and has kept documented proof that they have been wronged please contact me if you are interested. This company needs to be shut down.

I have no idea what this site is and they've been charging me $16.95 for three months! When you call them they have pre-recordings and they say they can't hear you. After recalling twenty or more times I got a hold of one person who said they would cancel it on March 9th with a cancel order number and upon reviewing my account, they just charges me $16.95 again on March 13th. I am livid! What can I do?

I Received a letter from Monterrey Financial Services Inc from Carlsbad CA.
They want to debit something they say I bought on the 5th of November. My father just died a few weeks ago and I haven't been n the computer much and my mind is blank on buying whatever this people say. There is no way that I will pay for whatever it is . Furthermore I expect this company to cancel this "order" THEY say I bought.

These theives stole $16.95 from my credit card 3 times. Fortunately I work for the bank so I can act on this imediately. This is obviously fraud and information theft as I have no idea who they are and have never authorized any such transactions.

Prime time saving has been charging my card for seven months. I'm in the navy and was at sea on the day they said i signed up. I didn't and I wasn't able to check my credit card statements due to limited internet on the ship. So I called them and said there must have been a mistake and they need to refund my card. They told me that I did sign up, I just didn't remember it and that this should be a lesson to read the fine print. Are you kidding me! so they won't refund my card nor fax me any proof am a member of their scam. I'm outraged and don't know what to do! Someone needs to shut this company down. I for one will be diliberately doing no business with prime time savings or any of its partners.

After ordering something called Pedi Paws my Visa card has been debited four times for 16.95. I just notified Visa and they teminated my card as it is now compromised. I sugggest that anyone else involved in this so the same and have your credit card company initiate an investigation into this online scam as it is ongoing.
