Prime Communications Fraudulent adding of services on phone upgrades

The store for att at 718 dutchess turnpike poughkeepsie ny 12603 suite #2 which is ran by prime communications is fraudulently adding insurance and next up plans to phones being upgraded and they also allowed someone who was NOT a authorized user on our account to upgrade our account as well which is very alarming. When the manager Marco is confronted he states you have to contact att and doesn't even offer any solutions besides that and is very nasty tempered, after contacting att they informed us this is normal behavior of prime communications and to contact police and report the fraud, also told us all of the things the store manager can provide and should provide when asked yet the manager does not provide any of it and continues to lie. We will be legally be pursing this fraudulent activity and will be trying to add the manager and the clerk that did the transaction as most of the employees are fully aware that they are asked to commit fraud by prime.

Desired outcome: Prime communications employees that commit fraud to be terminated

Prime Communications fraud by employee

i had been in contact with direct manager about an employee who defrauded my parents out of almost 1yrs worth of cell phone payments. until nov of 2022 the manager was cooperating with me and even came to a reimbursement agreement of course once i agreed to it, we have yet to see the check and have not been able to contact him since. of course i went directly over his head to his boss eric decker and of course no response also. there is no way my parents are the only ones who have had this happen to by this employee. he was comfortable knowing that they would not know anything about setting up online acct and since it was paperless they wouldn't have paper proof. unitl now.

this is my second request to file a complaint and have yet to get a response from anyone further up as it seems no one answers directly to anyone here.

Desired outcome: reimbursement for moneys taken

Prime Communications Trade-in trouble phone stolen by employee

On 5/27/2022 I traded in my S10+ for a S22+ at the Marianna FL store. After transferring the info to the new phone, the assoc took my phone and never executed my trade in. After 3 months hassle, I was finally directed to the local store. The store manager admitted that this employee stole other phones too. A district manager was supposed to call me back 5 days ago. 48 hours, no response. Another promise, I'll call him back later today, no response. Another promise, no response.

Prime Communications is not taking care of customers. I would say that they are protecting thieves and the bottom line.

I was told that they couldn't fire the employee so they transferred him to another district's store. Great way to take care of your thieving associate. Why not take care of your customers?

We don't care, We don't have to, We're too big. Sound familiar?

Prime Communications Sexual harassment, stalking, visual and physical harassment information stolen

They have an employee that subjected me to sexual harassment, violated my verbally stole information out of my phone as well as stole my number then stalked and fallowed me kept me in a store with possesion of my device for 3 hours accepted fault then ignore like nothing. I think the fact they dont inform customers they are prime locations and act as they are att corp store is a huge violation of consumer rights, sexual harassment and allowing customers to be violated in their store and put in danger and knowing I am disabled and their empoloyee targets me in a predatory manor is the scariest business I have ever been into. They need to be held accountable having women sexually violated in anyway is scared and bad business doesnt anyone see the huge issues with this company make them pay for all the damage they reek on people and close them down!

Desired outcome: if they would fallow through with some kind of settlement for my counsling among pain and suffer like they agreed now they just ignore

Prime Communications Wrong deliverey address

Three out of the last 4 weeks, Prime delivered addressed to someone else to my address. My address is no where close to the address the packages should have been delivered. They were addressed to a Michael Rieves 8620 Neuse Landing Unit 111 in Raleigh nc. My address is 8600 Wild Wood Forest Drive Raleigh NC.

They leave the packages to this man on my porch and do not let me know they are even their. I need someone at Prime to teach these drivers how to follow directions.

Prime Communications the company

I worked in the industry for over 20 years off and on since 1989. Worked for prime since 2014 top performer every month making top 10 in this last store. Commission structure changed 4 months ago allowing reps to maximize on their sales. I did just that. I was so busy but I did my best to keep up with my customers. I was left left to work evenings every night 3-5 hours alone and made a few errors on a handful of accounts. They were elevated to upper management as I was told there was nothing at our level we could do to fix them. This was Several months ago nothing said again to me until one week ago and they fired me. My comission check was due to be paid out I'm being told no pay for me. I had 3 months coming to me equaling around 5, 000.00 or more. Right here before Christmas. My email was also shut down denying me access to a code from samsung for 700.00 I earned with them!
I will not stop until all is paid to me and then some. I have hired a lawyer..

This company is the worst I have ever experienced. At&t needs to pull their contract and not allow them to sell their products. Too many stores across the country that are not in compliance with ANYTHING. Prime stores internal computers have been hacked so many times over the past few months, there HAS to be a HUGE lawsuit coming. Poor at&t, such a huge company, being slowing destroyed by this awful authorized retailer, and they dont seem to have a clue...

Prime Communications directv now

Beyond frustrated! I have called prime communications customer service, and there is no response! I signed up for directv now on april 12th, and I was supposed to receive a roku stick. I have yet to receive it, and nobody can seem to help me! Prime communications forces their employees to push and sell services that they are unable to access and help with! I tried for 2 hours on saturday, and I have been trying for 3 hours today to resolve the issue. How do they expect to keep their employees happy when they can't give them resources they need to help customers!?!?!?! I'm sure many people take their anger out on the employees who do everything they can to help, yet they are unable to.

Prime Communications AT&T Phone Dealer

I cannot believe what this company has put me through! i went to an at&t store in the summer to get my old iphone activated because my iphone 5s screen cracked. The employee told me to grab my cracked phone so he could activate my old one and he never gave it back. Once i realized i never got my cracked phone back i went through the most to find out what happened to it. The store finally sent me my phone, i open the box and all that was left of my phone was the shell! turns out the employee completely gutted my iphone so he could sell all of the parts. After 3 months of me trying to a hold of someone at prime communications they finally send me a replacement iphone 5s that they said was new. I have only had the phone for 5 months and it stopped working. I took it to the apple store and they said it cant be fixed, the phone was refurbished and its damaged from the inside. It wont even charge. I am beyond pissed i am going to repost this review everywhere i can. This is a horrrribllleeeee company. They have no business ethics. The better business bureau will definitely be hearing about this. It should be shutdown.

Prime Communications Horrible service

I was and am still very dissatisfied with the service I recieved from Prime Communications. I had a satellite installed by them about 3 1/2 months ago, Their technician drilled through my electric wiring which caued my house to continuesly short out he never finished my install and left me with no tv dirt tracked all over my house and cables everywhere. I called Prime Communications and put in a damage claim for my electric wiring they sent a man out to get my tv working and was supposed to send a company to fix my electrical wiring (that silll has not happened) I live on a social security check and dont really have the extra money to spend on a electrican but I had to anyway so my house didnt catch fire. I have called this company numerous times and still have not even recieved a call back. Aside from the electrical issue, The first technician they sent to my home was completly unknowledgeable, very unkept, and very unprofessional. I felt like they just picked somebody off the street to install my satellite. If I had to do this again...I WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY REPRESENTIVE OF PRIME COMMUNICATIONS IN MY HOME. I would suggest to all that are reading this...DO NOT ALLOW PRIME COMMUNICATIONS TO INSTALL SATELLITE IN YOUR HOME...IT WILL DEFINATLY COST YOU AN ARM AND A LEG IN THE LONG RUN.
