Prestige Flowers london bouquet

Appalling experience (order number: 1829013)

I purchased the London Bouquet which cost £60 for my friend's birthday, as you can see in the first pic how astonishing the bouquet looks so I decided to spend a little extra but worth every penny (that was my first thought) but then when I received the pic from my birthday girl with what she actually received I was completely shocked and fuming. My friend ( the birthday girl) also mentioned that she received the flowers dry and no water and the fact that the bouquet she revived is completely different from what I purchased only.
I chose to make a purchased from Prestige Flowers cause of their so-called 4.7 google stars but after this experience, I strongly believe that the 5 stars reviews are left but the employees' friends.
With the money, I spent on purchasing this awful bouquet I could have to get my self to Cardiff, but a better and more beautiful bouquet from a local shop and get back to London and still have some money left.

One of their service desk staff Dany reply to my email back and forward, and after sending him pictures AND text messages from the recipient stating the exact condition she received the flowers and still not willing to accept that this company is ripping the customers off. However he did admit that the bouquet is incomplete and that there are flowers missing, he wanted to shut me down with a voucher that will force me to have more than ONE appalling experience with this company, and £10 which I will still be out of pocket £50 and my friend receiving an awful present.

I will never use this site again nor I will ever recommend to anyone, even more than I will mention this unpleasant experience with friends and make sure they won't be ripped off as I am.

Prestige Flowers your flowers

So look at my two photos and tell me which were on your website and which were delivered? Apparently you can see no difference in quality between the two. You must have very low expectations for the quality of your goods and customer satisfaction.

I am not the only person who has complained about this company and yet I am told that very few complaints are received

Prestige Flowers delivery service of flowers

Failed delivery date, resent as a so say gift 2 days later. I said the Saturday would be OK but let delivery service porch door would be open as my mum would not be there as she had already waited in for 2 days. Royal mail left a card asking for collection from the post office. They expected 82yr disabled lady to pick up from the post office. Or redeliver 3 days late. These were Birthday Flowers. I asked for refund they said they don't do refunds.

Prestige Flowers bouquet

WARNING: Whatever you do do not buy flowers from Prestige flowers. I ordered a bouquet in advance, I received a confirmation with the day they would be delivered. They were not delivered on that day, and instead delivered the following day which made them pointless as they were for a birthday. The flowers were poor quality, and clearly not a lot of care had been given when arranging the flowers. Furthermore, the flowers lasted all of 2 days before they started dying. They are unreliable and their customer service is the most appalling I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting 'company' who clearly have no regard what so ever for its customers.

Prestige Flowers terrible delivery let down

My friend lost somebody who meant a great deal to her, so I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day, last Saturday 14th July. Paid a premium. They were not delivered that day, neither were they delivered the following day. They were left in a warehouse for 4 days, DPD were the couriers, and finally delivered today and left in the garden. I have tried on more than 4 occasions to cancel this order, and asked for a refund and I have been told to 'check the small print'. The small print, incidentally includes '100% satisfaction guarantee' which they are not honouring. They really couldn't care less. I have emailed several times, used their live chat 3 times, and really do not know what to do next. I paid over £50 for this rotten service, and the flowers will not only be dead on arrival, but my friend is no longer there.

Prestige Flowers flower delivery

I ordered flowers and chocolates from Prestige Flowers located in Camborne, England, phone number [protected] for my Mums 71st birthday. They were half dead upon arrival.

As my mum did not want to be disrespectful to me she accepted the flowers. Do they really think we cannot see their flowers are DEAD? Does this company have no morals?

This is the second time this has happened; the first time I thought it was an oversight and the flowers were only quarter dead, but dead flowers are dead flowers just the same I guess. Gave them a second chance and spent nearly 80 pounds, what a way to waste money...

I will never order from this company again, I will take my business elsewhere. Total embarrassment and disappointment all around.

Prestige Flowers flowers 27 pentre llay wrexham

I purchased some flowers for my mother in law which got delivered on 5 June 2018

1.
These were just dumped in the garden rubbish bin (lucky it didn't get empty until the Friday) as she was out all day.

2.
I was very disappointed with the bunch of flowers especially the size when i ordered the large size for extra £10 i paid nearly £40 expecting a very large bunch of flowers for the money

I could of got the same size in the likes of Aldi for £10

Prestige Flowers quality of the flowers

My name is Sally Baker and I ordered a bouquet (Rose & Lily) which was delivered on the 19th June to Maria Constantinou of Krantz Design, LN1 3AP. I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers, after just 4 days the roses were dead and the lilies have not even opened. I attach two photographs of the flowers, which quite frankly are dead. I expected more for a £25. bouquet now a disaster. Heads of lily's now come away from stems, Rose petals falling off and greenery crumbles to the touch .

Rose and Lily displayed on company web page are nothing like what was delivered to my friend. Poor quality of Roses and only 2 Lilies. Advertised as £19.99 plus £5 delivery My bank statement states that £31.48 was taken from my account

Prestige Flowers “terrible service & customer care”

I pre-ordered flowers six days in advance of my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary as was unable to be with my folks on their special day until a few days afterwards. I really, really, really wanted to treat them to a beautiful bouquet as both have been extremely ill. When the flowers (gift set) had not arrived by 3pm that day, I tracked the delivery on Prestige Flower's website, which stated they had been 'dispatched'. I contacted Prestige Flowers to check if they were on the way and received this:

"I can see that we have the delivery date down as 07-06-2018. Due to the sheer volume of deliveries it appears as though the Royal Mail are having a delay in updating the tracking. I can assure you that this order has been dispatched and our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Normal delivery terms apply."

The flowers DID NOT arrive until the following day. Prestige Flowers blamed Royal Mail for the delay, although Royal Mail confirmed that the flowers were not given to them until that day (a day late) - which was further proved by their tracking system.

I request a refund from Prestige Flowers because I had provided them with a six-day lead and had been told by one of their customer care team that they would arrive between 6am and 8pm on the date I had requested. Their response was no, but I could avail of a 10% discount on future purchases.

Why on earth would I use the services of a company that failed to provide in the first place?! The customer care responses are simply copied & pasted from the terms & conditions on their website. There is no number to contact. They will not call you (even after multiple requests).

Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing transaction that left me out of pocket (significantly). All I wanted was for my parent's to have a beautiful bouquet to show I was thinking of them. Instead, they received nothing and I was forced to pay for a terrible service with no option to discuss.

Prestige Flowers delivery of flowers

I am really disappointed in the service as I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in law birthday is tomorrow and I ordered them to be delivered today I will not be ordering flowers on line anymore it is very dissatisfaction I am not. Happy with it. It is really not right and I would like a full refund on these and I will not remend you for flowers my mother in law lives in chesterfield.

Prestige Flowers roses delivered ordered by my daughter

my daughter ordered me a hatbox full of roses after i had had treatment for cancer. the roses came and were dead in the hat box, firstly they said they were damaged in transit and now are saying my photograph evidence is not good enough. they told me to remove the dead petals to allow the buds to bloom. i had to remove 17 dead petals on only one rose. the bouquet cost my daughter £80 this company should be closed down and stopped from taking peoples money falsely.

Prestige Flowers flowers

I ordered my mother in law flowers while I was away as she hasn't long come out of hospital. When I came home then 4 days later they were dead and I was disgusted and when I contacted them they said because I didn't send them pictures within 48 hours there's nothing they can do but I wasn't in the country at the time and I couldn't ask my mother in law to take the photo as she hadn't long had a bloody brain haemorrhage. So to pay £50 and that was just for the flowers was disgusting and for there response to offer me a £5 voucher well to say I was insulted is an understatement

Prestige Flowers condition of flowers and no chocolates

Flowers arrived and had been on delivery van for 10 hours. Arrived shrivled and crusty. Also there was no sign of the hand made truffles which are stated as being free with the order. I can see the small print of not being there fault for 3rd party couriers and only chocolates if in stock. Stupid excuses to me. I have emailed 4 times with no luck whatsoever. If you use that company and you know it's hot and they may not be delivered until 6 or 7pm then of course they will arrive dead...err no brainer really...pathetic company paid 50 pounds for nothing. Don't promise what you can't provide. I will be taking this further and getting a full refund ...

Prestige Flowers rubbish

I ordered some flowers for my mum on the anniversary of my father's passing 6th April.
They arrived Friday as promised.
I came to see my mum saturday7th and what a disappointment. The flowers which I paid £40 for are rubbish. They are dying and wilting. Shocking.
They don't even look appealing.
Absolutely appalled. I would like my money back.
I could have bought 4 bouquets from Tesco which would have been a better option.

Prestige Flowers product not arrived

I ordered and paid for a bunch of tulips with a box of chocolates for delivery on the 9th march. I placed the order two weeks prior. It is now the 13th March and still nothing has arrived, it was a mother's day gift for the 11th March. The courier dx says you never sent the order through in the first place.

Prestige Flowers flowers not delivered

I ordered flowers 2 WEEKS ago so they had time to arrange everything properly and get them to my wife today on Valentines day. I selected the 14th February for the delivery date then paid.

I emailed them yesterday telling them the tracking number they had given me did not work. They replied saying i had to wait until the delivery day for the tracking to work. Today (14th) came and it still didn't work.

I email again and no reply this time. Then i received an autmatic email saying DX courier had picked up the parcel today for delivery TOMORROW.

Prestige Flowers flowers

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on November 27. They failed the delivery on that day and they did not deliver on November 28 either. In the beginning the customer service was nice, then they lied to me that the delivery company could not find the address. I sent them the screen shot from the Royal Mail website to show that the address was correct and easy to find. In response they told me that the delivery would take place on November 28, which never happened. After I requested a full refund, they stopped any communication with me.

Horrible, Do not trust.

Having booked flowers for my wife a whole week in advance to be delivered on our wedding anniversary, they didn't show up, no contact to say they will not be able to make this delivery. no contact what so ever. very disappointing.

I wish I had paid attention to the bad reviews here earlier. To add to it even though my order has not been delivered, they are refusing to refund me for the order. Stating that their terms allow them to deliver after a named day delivery.

If you ordered flowers for a wedding, what they are trying to tell me is that the flowers could come late on another day after the wedding and they will still be in the right.

Ordered flowers fora 60th Birthday sent an e-mail in morning of delivery to say would be delivered . Did not arrive ! As a weekend only automated voice to talk to no help at all ! Rang on Monday tone told flowers would be delivered that day two days late ! Flowers arrived no water and smelt so my sister in law refused to accept them ! Told reason was mix up with postcode prestige refuse any responsibility as in their small print ! I’m SO annoyed no refund no flowers appalling customer service they have just lost themselves a customer who has bought a lot of things previously with no problems ! ! Sorry is just not good enough ! !

Prestige Flowers no delivery no refund

I ordered flowers, a balloon and cake for my Mother Birthday from Prestige flowers. I placed the order 6 days in days in advance and they didn’t arrive! I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but I was obviously very disappointed, especially since I had ordered them well in advance. I contacted the Company and expressed my disappointment. To my horror, instead of trying to put things right or offer me a refund, Prestige Flowers was only interested in quoting back to me their terms and conditions. Now I’m a reasonable person, but to send me your terms and conditions when you’re clearly at fault certainly wasn’t the response I was expecting. For time sensitive gifts and in fact all gifts because of their lack of interest in resolving problems when things do go wrong, I won’t be using this Company in future. Don’t think just because you’ve ordered them well in advance, that they will actually be received by your loved ones on your specified date and don’t expect refunds or after sales service. At time of writing, still no delivery and still no refund. Copy of response attached:

We cannot guarantee a delivery date as delivery is executed via a third party, but will endeavour to deliver on your desired date as all flowers, except for hand delivered products, are dispatched the day before the intended delivery day using a 24 hour delivery service the day before your chosen date. In the event a delivery is not made on the specified date we cannot offer a refund unless extra was paid for same day delivery, however for exceptions please see our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Delivery days are 7 days a week with except for Bank holidays. Any orders made for delivery on a bank holiday may be delivered the next working day unless otherwise stated.
