Prestige Camera / Why Prestige Camera Hates You
I ordered a GPS on a Thur. it came with free ground shipping (0ne week) but I needed it sooner and paid for overnight delivery which would have it arrive on Monday. It never arrived so I called to find out what happened.
Monday- "It was shipped you'll receive it soon"
Tuesday- "It was shipped you'll receive it soon"
Wednesday- "It was shipped you'll receive it soon"
Thursday- "Our vendor made a mistake it wasn't shipped until Wednesday, but you will receive it today here is your tracking number."
So I call UPS "no this was shipped 'ground' you won't get it for at least another week"
I call Prestige they say "It will arrive today I confirmed this with the tracking #" I tell them what UPS told me "oh that's right it WAS sent ground"
After dozens of calls, Brian a supervisor tells me they have no more left and cannot simply overnight another one from the warehouse ( I had asked this happen starting on Tue, it is now Thur) After it is clear that I am going to make a lot of trouble for him and the company, Brian says that he will take another customers order and send that to me first overnight by
We shall see
If I receive a tracking # today...great
If I don't...There will be hell to pay
