Great how quick they are in taking money for nothing. That's for they do very well like professionals.
But their service is a compete trash. I thought their goal was to simplify their customers' lives, but I was so wrong. I purchased a sim card for Switzerland and it didn't work. I couldn't send SMS, I couldn't connect to the internet because it was too slow. In other words, everything was so terribly bad, that I forgot about any idea of a normal trip with a decent connection.

I was interested in www.prepaidzero.com, but I had several questions regarding their service so I sent them a message. Later I received a reply saying that Prepaidzero will contact me as soon as possible. After two days of waiting I contacted them again and they said that someone will get back to me soon. Nothing again! Last time they said that I will get a reply within 24 hours. That was definitely not worth it.
They never replied to my questions! Horrible disrespectful service, avoid them!
I would not recommend prepaidzero to anyone!
I was going to Europe on a vacation trip and bought a SIM card from www.prepaidzero.com When I arrived at the hotel and installed the SIM I found out that it was not working. I took it out and tried again and still nothing!
Then I contacted PrepaidZero customer service and asked for an advice. Their rep was impolite and said that everything was ok with the card and told that I need to fix my phone. Terrible service! The person was really nasty and impolite! I would not recommend PrepaidZero to anyone!

their sim card didn't work at all
I bought prepaid sim card from the company www.prepaidzero.com. When I arrived at the airport, I decided to check it .It turned out that this sim card didn’t work. I tried to contact someone from this company and I have used my phone, but my efforts were completely useless. No one replied. I left two messages, but I haven’t received any reply. In result I bought another sim card, but I wouldn’t recommend this website to other people.
they couldn't provide sim card on time
I ordered sim card from the company www.prepaidzero.com. I was shocked with such slow services. It was mentioned that they provide these sim cards within couple of hours, but I waited 2 weeks and haven’t received it, because I was already in Canada. Just now I’m trying to get my money back, but these scammers can’t provide even this service. Don’t be fools, so avoid them.
don't buy their chip cards - scam
I won’t advise anyone to buy from the website www.prepaidzero.com. I bought chip card from them, ‘coz I was in trip and needed the Internet. This scamming company promised good speed and they were persuasive, but in reality their chip card was rubbish. I didn’t have speed at all. I couldn’t load any page and it was horrible. I wasted only money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Again: The review that is written by the person "Sem71" has never been a customer of Prepaidzero. Not longer after the review was posted we received an email from a person/company that said they would be able to remove all negative reviews about prepaidzero from complaintsboard.com In return for their "services" they wanted $ 3400 USD.
