Prepaid Vouchers / Non refund of payment
Re: After some time I discontinued my prepaid number. on 26/12/06 I wanted to continue my number so I contacted on 121 and asked about the stated and I have been informed by Shri Mohan that since the number is not allotted to anybody, you may recharge through voucher and continue with the number. After discussion with Mr. Mohan, I have recharged with the amount of Rs. 200/-, but my sim was not activated. Next date i.e. on 27/12/2006, I have contacted your local office situated at Gita Bhawan, Indore and your official has confirmed that Mr. Mohan has given wrong information and the same number has been given to another SIM. However, he assured that your recharge money will be refunded you soon. Thereafter, he contacted Mr. Suber Ahmed (M.No.[protected]), Retail In charge who in turn assured that the money will be refund very soon. But, time has not come so far.
Thereafter, he proceeded on leave and have not attended my calls. After his returning from leave I have contacted almost every day (2-3 times) and he assured that the debit will be given very soon. Today i.e. on 08/01/2007 when I contacted he asked me to contact Mr. Rahul and he asked me to contact your local office again and ascertained why debit has not been given so far.
This is ridiculous which shows that your management is not taking care of your customer and unnecessary giving false information and harassing them. So far I have already spent about Rs.50/- for contacting over phone to Mr. Suber Ahmed. Could you please arrange to set right the matter and direct Mr. Suber Ahmed to refund my money immediately. I am also ready to continue the same number, if allotted.
