So I get this call from Premium Destinations in Ormond Beach, FL. They want me to come in to watch their presentation and tell me I am under no obligation to purchase anything but just for coming I will receive free airline tickets and a free cruise. Now I went to presentation and sat through it for a little over an hour and received the paper work and info to redeem my free travel which I was under the impression that I would get free airfare from ANY airport. Now we live in Daytona Beach and I was thinking we could get the free flight out of Daytona which would make sense seeing as how Premium destinations is located in Ormond Beach, but then due to some circumstances that are BEYOND me we end up having to take the flight out of Orlando! Has this happened to anyone else? I mean I am greatful for the free travel and all but I feel like I was slightly mislead... Other than that everything was A-OK!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH PREMIUM DESTINATIONS! SCAM INDEED and HORRIBLE customer service. I live in South FL. 4.5 hrs AWAY from their LOCATION.. but kept pushing for me to be able to attend..stated wasn't an option.So rep on phone tells me "do you have a friend in the area that could pick them up for you?' SO I thought and contacted a friend up there locally.. and she was basically told both her and her HUSBAND would have to attend... however HE'S NOT AROUND... PERIOD.. and then it goes back to ME in South FL coming up for it again.. UM NOOOO! And THEN, Premium Destinations, if you honestly TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR CUSTOMERS... YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A SO CALLED MANAGER SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS THE WAY I WAS SPOKE TO..When telling her because they were not willing to work with the current situation that I would happily go on a complaint board against her company.. She processed to talk VERY SNOTTY AND SASSY TO ME with her responses. I will have no problems passing word around of my experience today! none at all!
We at Premium Destinations aspire to make all of our Clients happy. If there is any problems with the ( marketing gifts) please let us know. Now in the Free Airfare certificate it does clearly state you have to fly out of an International Airport. My question is why be upset its free airline tickets. And to the Individual making comments about the comments being posted are from Premium Employees, We do not have fake compliments, There are thousands of happy Global Members out there that compliment our program all the time. Look up Global Connections in Overland Park Kansas, on the BBB. What will you see an A+ and accredited. Premium is the broker for Global, Not Global! and Premium will have complaints because we are constantly associated with the Marketing companies and their downfalls.
We also have issues with competing companies filing fake negative complaints to try to affect our organization. We are the largest and most credible Travel Club in the Nation because we do not have to resort to these tactics.

I loathe the fact that did not aspire to request Premium Destinations in in my hometown (Ormond) take care of all of my vacations needs. I have pditravel.com as bookmark in my browser window the agents at Premium Destinations perform their jobs most adequately, 100% of the time. This means a lot to me as I am from the U.K. and am not to familiar with florida or america in general. My greatest gratitude's go out to Premium Destinations for providing me with the most magnificent of vacations.
I saw noticed Premium Destinations was on the complaint bored and thought "what the hell is this?" What would anybody have to complain about them for? But then I read this post and it all made sense, lol. I am from ormond beach as well and all I have to say is that I love Premium Destinations they are the friggin best!
I would have to say that this is a COMPLAINT board and what you all are doing does not sound like complaining to me but I guess my only COMPLAINT about premium destinations would having to sit through that boring video just to get a free hotel stay. That being said I actually decided to buy the travel package that was advertised to me so my credibility here may be questionable. After reading through the comments here I must say, what a small world it is. Three folks, all of us being form Ormond beach, FL and at the same website. LOL. If bundling excellent vacation packages together and giving some away for free was a crime, then Premium Destinations would be locked up! hahaha. I have to say that I have dealt with those guys at premium destinations before and they were so nice, not their location up north though, I suppose there are a few locations for them but I was at their location in Ormond Beach. I went there and sat through their video and walked away with a free 2 night hotel stays at the marriot. So fabulous! Me and boyfriend at the time his name was Steve, we actually ended up moving in together just west of Ormond in this cute little cottage and are so happy together now, anyways, he proposed to me on our vacation! Who knows, if it wasn't for premium destinations I might not be in a happily ever after domestic partnership right now.
Well I don't really see the problem here.. you got a free vacation and you're complaining about the hour long drive to Orlando. I think the reason that you had to to do that is probably because Orlando is an international airport and Daytona is a local airport. Haha I was just looking for a review on premium destinations myself because I also live in Ormond Beach and I wanted to see what the deal with them was before I checked it out. I am glad to hear that they followed through with the free airline tickets for you. that is awesome, better luck next time on your drive.
