Premiers Management Consultancy / Immigration fraudsters

(FRAUDSTERS) Premiers Management Consultancy- Dubai, UAE. Tel: [protected]

I am writing this to inform everybody of the fraudulent and deceitful activities of Premiers Management Consultancy in Dubai, which heavily advertises in Gulf News.

This company preys on people wanting to migrate to US/UK/Canada & Australia by telling them that they fully qualify to immigrate & they should sign a contract, never asking the customer to read the fine prints of the contract. Their strategy is “JUST SIGN HERE & HERE & YOU ARE ALL SET TO GO, despite knowing that the customer does not qualify for migration.

Once the customer realizes that Premiers Management & Consultancy are scammers & that he/she does not qualify and/or doesn’t have the appropriate documentation! They bring out the contract & claim, why didn’t you read the contract with all the fine prints before signing, which leaves the customer in no position to get any refund or justice done.

Be aware & avoid these swindlers.

    Hi
    I am also a new victim of premiers, paid $2000 as service charge + fees of $ 550 for govt. on march 2008, when i approach them on march 2009 to know about my application status they informed that mine is rejected as not eligible. no have to pay now $1000 as their compensation just for submitting my application for a unlisted category. last 40 days i was following up with them for my balance money refund, they even not responding. today when i visit accounts people telling there bose not in country and waiting for his approval.

    We should aware the public, how? why all victims gather together to complaint? when i spoke somebody in legal says its costly, also this premiers kept some advocates just for thretening the victims.

    if any further action/ please let me know to my email id. mv_sv@hotmail.com

    Guys write on internet and in news papers and go to police.
    Second step write to CIC with all the documents.
    And ask everyone you meet.
    Keep calling them and make them sick.
    Visit their office in working hours and inform people about your story.
    Contact Canadian embassy Abu Dhabi and inform them about this agent.
    Speak with a lawyer and make a deal with him; no matter you don’t get your money back but screw them.

    I am also a victim. They are absolute cheaters. They are shady from the beginning. I referred few people also but now told them to keep away from these cheaters. I am thinking of filing a law suit against them. Even though I was not qualifying, they told me that I am qualifying for immigration to Canada. Please spread their true picture to whoever you can and at all forums.

    Hi Friends, I am Mathew, Mr. Abdulrehman's noted second person, I don’t know in what basis he is telling that I am creating different names and ID's to comment. Anyway the official departments can easily found the origin and creator of each mail. I have not received such notice as he mentioned from Department. I do believe that my comment is a genuine which is my experience. I just comment my experience which can prove to anybody. Anyway I will approach myself to the department to know about the said noted notice which commented by Mr. Abdulrehman. If the department found that I am purposely trying to damage the reputed company, I am ready to accept there verdict. Also be noted that I haven’t start the complaint, just participate and commented my pathetic experience to avoid more victims from losing there hard earn money and long waiting dream of migration. My case was rejected saying the category of Teacher is removed from the list of approved category, in latest add on Gulf news by Premiers says that Teacher category is listed. Is all these genuine, give a chance to the public to comment about their service, which can definitely prove the issue.

    The comment above are from different persons who were a victim of malicious and fraudness by premiers. instead of scrutinising the persons who is sharing their bad experiences, why dont you start to invistigate the premiers agency services???? or better go there personally to their office so that you will know how many persons who is coming to make complaint.

    Thanks god, atleast Mr. dyuls commented, I am just a salaried person who lost one month salary and long waited (18 months) dreaming of migration, y should i comment for a company wihout reason. Even they dont accept their mistake or give a alternate chance to proceed, not even a single word to satisfy or compromise my feelings. till today i havent receive any response, they just close my file. Now i consider that my lose of money as my charity which i supposed to do directly. i never advise anybody to not deal with them, just comment my experience which should consider. thanks

    yeah its true that they are fraud, even if someones not qualifying still they convince u to make false certificates and sign the contract form.
    all the victims should come together to do something.
    If anybody is going to court, pl let know.
    Is it possible that some one take the lead and all the victims will contribute towards the fees.
    If there are 100- 200 victims and each contribute 100-200 aed, we can fight the case. atleast these fraudsters should be taught a lesson

    The comment over here I can see are coming out of frustrations from the clients who have faced rejections due to either amendment in rule or because of non submission IELTS. Im writing in the complaint board as I have seen Premiers name on it and would like to mention here the fact that before signing up they specfically tell you about the qualifying experience and the formalities which needs to be furnished so as to file a succesful application.My case they have not taken as I was unable to qualify beacause of Amendment in the rules ! I was desparate to go, but as I was not qulaifying they were honest enough to tell me that.At the same time my Brother in law's application they have processed and they have got the visa too.
    Im just sharing my experience and would advise to be really genuine before making comments . Thanks Lubna

    Premiers Sales agents cheat aspiring candidates by some way or the other. They tell lot of lies and in a dimly lit room, they will woo the candidate into submission for signing their notorious contract.
    The sales person will tell to sign here and there and any doubt the candidate may have is calmed down as if hypnotizing u by telling every thing will be fine, we will take care, 100% refund etc.
    NEVER TRUST THESE CHEATS

    INDIA is one of the oldest civilisations in the world with a kaleidoscopic variety and rich cultural heritage. It has achieved multifaceted socio-economic progress during the last 59 years of its Independence. India has become self-sufficient in agricultural production, and is now the tenth industrialised country in the world and the sixth nation to have gone into outer space to conquer nature for the benefit of the people. It covers an area of 32, 87, 263 sq. km, extending from the snow-covered Himalayan heights to the tropical rain forests of the south. As the seventh largest country in the world, India stands apart from the rest of Asia, marked off as it is by mountains and the sea, which give the country a distinct geographical entity. Bounded by the Great Himalayas in the north, it stretches southwards and at the Tropic of Cancer, tapers off into the Indian Ocean between the Bay of Bengal on the east and the Arabian Sea on the west.

    Lying entirely in the northern hemisphere, the mainland extends between latitudes 8° 4' and 37° 6' north, longitudes 68° 7' and 97° 25' east, and measures about 3, 214 km from north to south between the extreme latitudes and about 2, 933 km from east to west between the extreme longitudes. It has a land frontier of about 15, 200 km. The total length of the coastline of the mainland, Lakshadweep Islands, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is 7, 516.6 km.

    The Census of India 2001, is historic and epoch making, being the first census of the twenty-first century and the third millennium. It reveals benchmark data on the state of abundant human resources available in the country, their demography, culture and economic structure at a juncture, which marks a centennial and millennial transition.

    The population enumeration of 2001 census was undertaken during 9-28 February 2001, with a revisional round from 1-5 March 2001. The Census moment, the referral time at which the snapshot of the population is taken, was 00.00 hours of the 1 March 2001. Until the 1991 Census, the sunrise of 1 March was taken to be the census moment. The houseless population, as has been the usual practice, was enumerated on the night of 28 February 2001.

    The mainland comprises four regions, namely, the great mountain zone, plains of the Ganga and the Indus, the desert region and the southern peninsula.

    The Himalayas comprise three almost parallel ranges interspersed with large plateaus and valleys, some of which, like the Kashmir and Kullu valleys, are fertile, extensive and of great scenic beauty. Some of the highest peaks in the world are found in these ranges. The high altitudes admit travel only to a few passes, notably the Jelep La and Nathu La on the main Indo-Tibet trade route through the Chumbi Valley, north-east of Darjeeling and Shipki La in the Satluj valley, north-east of Kalpa (Kinnaur). The mountain wall extends over a distance of about 2, 400 km with a varying depth of 240 to 320 km. In the east, between India and Myanmar and India and Bangladesh, hill ranges are much lower. Garo, Khasi, Jaintia and Naga Hills, running almost east-west, join the chain to Mizo and Rkhine Hills running north-south.

    The plains of the Ganga and the Indus, about 2, 400 km long and 240 to 320 km broad, are formed by basins of three distinct river systems - the Indus, the Ganga and the Brahmaputra. They are one of the world's greatest stretches of flat alluvium and also one of the most densely populated areas on the earth. Between the Yamuna at Delhi and the Bay of Bengal, nearly 1, 600 km away, there is a drop of only 200 metres in elevation.

    The desert region can be divided into two parts - the great desert and the little desert. The great desert extends from the edge of the Rann of Kuchch beyond the Luni River northward. The whole of the Rajasthan-Sind frontier runs through this. The little desert extends from the Luni between Jaisalmer and Jodhpur up to the northern wastes. Between the great and the little deserts lies a zone of absolutely sterile country, consisting of rocky land cut up by limestone ridges.

    The Peninsular Plateau is marked off from the plains of the Ganga and the Indus by a mass of mountain and hill ranges varying from 460 to 1, 220 metres in height. Prominent among these are the Aravalli, Vindhya, Satpura, Maikala and Ajanta. The Peninsula is flanked on the one side by the Eastern Ghats where average elevation is about 610 metres and on the other by the Western Ghats where it is generally from 915 to 1, 220 metres, rising in places to over 2, 440 metres. Between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea lies a narrow coastal strip, while between Eastern Ghats and the Bay of Bengal there is a broader coastal area. The southern point of plateau is formed by the Nilgiri Hills where the Eastern and the Western Ghats meet. The Cardamom Hills lying beyond may be regarded as a continuation of the Western Ghats.

    The Constitution offers all citizens, individually and collectively, some basic freedoms. These are guaranteed in the Constitution in the form of six broad categories of Fundamental Rights, which are justiciable. Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with Fundamental Rights. These are:

    right to equality, including equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, and equality of opportunity in matters of employment;
    right to freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association or union, movement, residence, and right to practice any profession or occupation (some of these rights are subject to security of the State, friendly relations with foreign countries, public order, decency or morality);
    right against exploitation, prohibiting all forms of forced labour, child labour and traffic in human beings;
    right to freedom of conscience and free profession, practice, and propagation of religion;
    right of any section of citizens to conserve their culture, language or script, and right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice; and
    right to constitutional remedies for enforcement of Fundamental Rights.
    The subcontinent of India lies in south Asia, between Pakistan, China and Nepal. To the north it is bordered by the world's highest mountain chain, where foothill valleys cover the northernmost of the country's 26 states. Further south, plateaus, tropical rain forests and sandy deserts are bordered by palm fringed beaches .

    Side by side with the country's staggering topographical variations is its cultural diversity, the result of the coexistence of a number of religions as well as local tradition. Thus, the towering temples of south India, easily identifiable by their ornately sculptured surface, are associated with a great many crafts and performing arts of the region.

    In the desert of Kutch, Gujarat, on the other hand, a scattering of villages pit themselves against the awesome forces of nature, resulting in Spartan lifestyles made vibrant by a profusion of jewelry and ornamental embroidery used to adorn apparel and household linen. In the extreme north is the high altitude desert of Ladakh. Local culture is visibly shaped by the faith - Buddhism -as well as by the harsh terrain. Yet another facet of Indian culture is observed in the colorful tribal lifestyles of the north eastern states of Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura and Manipur with their folk culture.

    In the central Indian states of Orissa and Madhya Pradesh tribal village life has resulted in a variety of artistically executed handicrafts.

    India's mountains provide heli skiing, river running, mountaineering and trekking. Its beaches provide lazy sun-bathing as well as wind surfing and snorkeling, and its jungles provide shooting wildlife -with a camera.

    India's history goes back to 3, 200 BC when Hinduism was first founded. Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism. Judaism. Zoroashtrianism, Christianity and Islam all exist within the country today. As a consequence of India's size, the history of the country has seldom been the same for two adjoining territories, and its great natural wealth has lured a succession of traders and foreign influences to it, each having left their imprint in the country, however faint or localized. Thus, Chinese fishing nets in Kerala are a throwback to that country's ancient maritime trade, while in the north, terra-cotta figurines of the centuries BC bear distinctly Greek traces.

    Modern India is home alike to the tribal with his anachronistic lifestyle and to the sophisticated urban jetsetter. It is a land where temple elephants exist amicably with the microchip. Its ancient monuments are the backdrop for the world's largest democracy where atomic energy is generated and industrial development has brought the country within the world's top ten nations. Today, fishermen along the country's coastline fashion simple fishing boats in a centuries old tradition while, a few miles away. motor vehicles glide off conveyor belts in state-of-the-art factories
