Premier Electronics Repair / Poor Service, unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Scheduled TV service through Geek Squad warranty on 4/25 for 4/27. Geek Squad told me the TV would be repaired in my home on 4/27 by Premier Electronics. Premier called and re-scheduled for 5/2 and said they had to pick-up TV and transport to their facility for "extensive testing". I was told to call 5/1 after 3pm for window of time that they would arrive. On 5/1, I was told I was the fourth stop of the day to expect the driver mid to late morning. At 12:30 I called since he had not arrived, told the lady who answered the situation and that I had to leave at 2:30. She assured me he would be here by then. At 2:08 he called from 45 minutes away. I told him I would have to re-schedule. I re-scheduled for 5/7 and told I was the first stop. At noon I called since they hadn't arrived. I was then told I was the 12 stop for that day. I cancelled. If it is this much hassle to get the TV picked up, then just imagine getting them to fix it and re-deliver it. What a joke!
