I purchased a male Persian kitten for my mother in August of 2020 that unexpectedly died two months later in October despite receiving all recommended vaccinations and scheduled treatments. He passed away in front of my mother, who witnessed him screech out and then collapse. He was completely asymptomatic before his death and was so incredibly playful, affectionate and energetic.

It appears that Persian kittens have the highest rate of unexplained death amongst cats because of a hereditary defect in the heart muscle. We reached out to the breeders regarding his unexpected passing - who extended their condolences but had nothing else to say. How does a healthy kitten pass away two months later without cause?

We were hoping to purchase another kitten after winter and expressed this to the breeders but hoped to receive some type of discount towards the purchase of a new kitten given the circumstances. The breeder has produced additional kittens but did NOT reach out to us despite knowing that I wanted to find my mother another kitten to help fill the void that the former kitten left after he died.

Would not recommend. Don't expect compassion, sincerity, or any type of support from these breeders.

I really can't complain but I have over the last few years purchased Persians from them. I could only go in the evenings. I guess they work during the day. I really wish they would be available during the day and I had to wait until the weekends to be able to go visit my kitten since they are not available. I think they need to be more flexible with the hours or work out something during the day. I understand most people have jobs and go about their day. But I am a senior and can't drive late in the evenings so it makes it hard. But the place is nicely kept. And all the animals are in good condition and I absolutely adore my fur children. They do a good job raising them. I have never had a problem

Hello everyone, I found a French bulldog on puppyfind.com and the person advertising was of presciouspomsnpersians.com. I was looking for a dog that was close to its adult weight for I lived in an apartment and needed one on the smaller side. The dog was advertised as 'small' and '18 pounds' hard to find for in a male Frenchie but just what I was looking for. I will try to make a long story short. I was told to pay through 'personal' transaction on PayPal which would bite me later. After I paid her, she then mentioned that the dog had gone through surgery after ingesting a toy. My red flags flew up. She was obviously dishonest for not tell me prior to the payment. I asked how big the dog was, she said she'd take measurements. The 18 pound dog was now 20 pounds. This 'small' dog was at '13"' tall '15"' long. An average French bulldog stands at 9-12" tall so this is no 'small' dog as he was advertised. She replied 'he is of average size. My description of him was not that he was a mini or tiny.' No it wasn't, but it was described as 'small' and not 'average.' She became frustrated at the fact that I was still upset about being lied to. I demanded a refund which she said she would not agree. So I went to PayPal and explained the false advertisement. I was told by PayPal there is nothing they could do although they side with me. When she had me pay through the 'personal' transaction, it restricted PayPal from becoming involved. I stopped the transaction through my bank however PayPal had me on the hook since they paid this lady her money already. I had a vacation to Hawaii the day after I lost my appeal with PayPal and my trip was ruined. After months of dispute I was finnally able to get her to pay HALF of the $3200 I paid her by going to the Arizona attorney General! Keep in my mind I paid for airfare which she also refused to refund though the flight was never set up. The dog is currently for sale and his measurements immediately dropped again from 15" long to 14" long and from 13" tall to 12" tall. His weight immdiately dropped from 19.6 pounds to 19 pounds. All measurements which benefit the seller.

Everything about this woman/the website has turned out to be completely shady. She definitely plays on words in her advertisements and the 'quality' she is so proud of is not even true. I had a bad feeling from the beginning especially after going to visit my kitten before putting the deposit down, but both my husband and I fell in love immediately. She says on the website, which is very difficult to read because of her unprofessional spelling, that all persians will be neutered/spayed and when asked, she straight up said she does not do that. Then take that off your site(it's still there). She also claims that ALL persians are tested for FELV/FIV and they again ARE NOT. She only tests the parents. Another false claim. When we brought our baby home, we opened the package given to us and the blanket had worms on it, the heart kit was expired and the food was also expired. and i'm not talking a few weeks...these things expired 7 months before we got our baby. There was also a shot record, but reading the fine print...it is from a shot distributing service not an actual vet. She claims that the kittens are taken to the vet once or twice before they are given to the owner and from this pamphlet this is also not true. She is obviously a vet tech and is able to get the supplies so she does it herself. I actually witnessed someone in her household giving an animal a shot while we were there. She has a '48 hour' return policy so we took our baby immediately and he checked out ok. BUT...2 days after the return policy he got very $$$$ sick. With a severe conjunctivitis infection and it was so sad to see the kitty in so much discomfort. You get a beautiful, adorable kitten and that is it. That is why they are priced the way they are. You will soon after pay hundreds of dollars at the vet fixing whatever took place in that scary wormy rooms she keeps them in. She keeps the kittens locked in a room under who knows what conditions(obviously those that create worms). I am very concerned about the other babies and just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

A kitten I was going to adopt from her got "a fungal infection" on the top of his head. I asked her directly if it was RING WORM. She denied knowing if there was more than one kind of fungal infections like there are bacterial infections. SHE WORKS FOR THE VET she takes the kittens to. I have no problem with her working there but purely from working there she knows it is ring worm. She claims this is the very first time she's ever had it in her house -- out of all of the puppies and kittens she has (check out her website to see just how many puppies and kittens are at risk if not treated), the one I was going to buy was "the only one that had any signs of it."

Do your homework before you buy from her! Be very educated about the "fungal infections" then you decide if you want to risk your home, your health and the health of any other animals that you may already have. Could be a very expensive purchase!

I just noticed there is another "Poms and Persians" breeder also in Arizona -- TENDER MOMENTS POMS AND PERSIANS. I know that she grew up in a family that raised them also so I would be very wary of them too.

PLEASE, DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR CHEAP PRICES!
