On 30 November 2016 I paid a deposit of R7138.61 for a pool cover. I was promised more than once that it will be installed before they close for the holidays on 24 December 2016. I still haven't received my cover. It's almost impossible to get hold of any one via the telephone number [protected]) and after a certain Randal Van Wyk replied on a email 2 days ago (stating he will look into it), I still haven't heard of him...

    I agree wholeheartedly. I paid R9000 deposit early January and a further R1200 in February based on actual measurement. The arrangement was that the cover would be installed mid February but have not heard a word and impossible to contact the Cape Town office as no one ever answers. Recent general email states that due to pressure of work load delivery time is now 2 weeks instead of 1. I have been waiting 6 weeks. Maybe one day!
