Do Not Spit In The Face of Jamaican Farmers
I would like Mr John Russel of Power4Home to inform me when he intends to deliver my Power4Home System 2.0, Order No: 8RDCFEBS which was placed with his company on 14th August 2012.
I bought this information guide because I am setting up a not-for-profit eco-farm to support the farming community in Jamaica, West Indies. We intend to go off-grid but it is now 21st October and despite my numerous complaints, Power4Home has not seen fit to delivered Order No. 8RDCFEBS to Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica.
Mr Russel declares in his video at http://www.power4home.com/System that he will "spit in the faces of thieves, crooks and liars sucking money out of your pockets." Please do not suck money out of my pocket Mr Russel. Do not spit in the faces of hard-working Jamaica farmers. Treat us with respect and let us know when you intend to deliver Order No. 8RDCFEBS.
billing for service not rendered
I submitted my order for Power4home system in December and received the video and guides on 12/30/2011. My first billing came January 1/30/2012. My order included a $1.00 charge for the Power4home power saving club savings club trial, allegedly to inspect their recommendations to making and saving electricity.
I have never received any information on the net or snail mail about the "CLUB". My account records show that $27.00 was paid out to Click Bank on 1/31/12, 03/1/12, 03/30/12 and I have received no Club material.
I am notifying Power4Home that I am canceling my membership in their club blocking payments. I am going to ask for my money back. I don't really care whether I get or not but in any case I am filing this formal complaint as I learned this was a scam and should have checked it out. before I got suckered in. Their DVD is interesting and maybe one day my son or I might build a solar panel generator.
Thanks for being available. I'll be glad to help prosecute if there is or will be other charges filed.

Your Ebooks are on your dvd here is what you do put the dvd in your computer disk drive then when the video starts x it out and go to my computer and right clik on your dvd/cd drive and click open and there you will find all your Ebooks tryit
the DVD you received must be put into a computer not a dvd player then when you watch the video go to your computer and right click on your cd/dvd drive port and then click open then you will find all your E-books they promised its not a scam I found it myself
false advertising
The advertising was well done, but the product received, oh don't forget the express shipping which took 2 weeks. They advertise 3 videos and 3 companion books with workbooks. You receive a video, 2 weeks later and no books. I emailed the about this thier reply was that they are a green company and do not provide books. I think this should fall into the false advertising catagory. Emailed once more...now get no reply as thier is no phone number listed. Total waste of money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have not received my order at all. Which is a real shame, because I am really looking forward to it.
The ebooks are on the dvd what you do is go to my computer right click on your disk drive then click open and wala your ebooks are there if you want I can email them to you send your email address to morris835@juno.com and I will attach the ebooks for you
Sorry...I know that I am stupid...this power4home crud was a scam. Immediately, I tried to stop the order right away...could not edit the order...the web site gave me no option to cancel...it had two tabs after the " submit ' button one that I had ordered this crap and the other button telling them that I did not order the crap...I clicked that I did not order the crap...it came up and said " congratulations "...My rear end puckered up because I just realized that I had been scammed. I sent them & click-bank emails after emails with no response. Click-bank is complicit with this scam because they know that power4home are scammers...there should be a class action lawsuit naming Click-bank & power4home...they both have deep pockets...I'll start the suit or join the suit! America hates crooks! I know I'm stupid...but only this one time...hope all you other people get your money back...I'm still trying!
Of course, it is my opinion that click-bank & power4home are complicit & scammers and/or crooks! Please warn others! Thanks for reading this.

This DVD absolutely does not deliver what the advertisement states, i.e. the companion manuals, the IRS tax forms, the additional supplements on saving energy, etc. The DVD spent more time showing how to cut wood, use a drill, etc than anything else. Hence my comment...where's the beef? Nothing is addressed on how to create the PV solar or wind generator systems mentioned on the advertisement. No mention of battery storage, type of batteries to use, invertors, charge controllers, etc. The previous complaint was right on target about how one could Google solar systems and find out much more than this DVD presents. I recorded the entire on-line sales presentation on my camera phone to represent me in court just in case I got any crap back from the company regarding my refund. VERY DECEPTIVE SALES promotion. Clickbank did give me a complete refund including shipping and handling but then informed me I'd have to pay return postage of the DVD. I told them the company could send me a pre-paid mailer if they wanted this rubidsh back, but not on my dime.
On 8/9/12, I paid $61.65 to CLICKBANK on my American Express credit card for an on-line product called Power4Home. A few days later I received by mail a defective DVD that wouldn't work on my computer nor my DVD player. I lodged two separate complaints to their on-line complaint page, asking for redress and telephone or email callback. No contact back yet! How do I get my money back from Clickbank?
Another thing I forgot to tell you. One of my friends is an x-investigator for the government and his wife got scammed behind his back. Once they got her email and other information, the crooks sent out a message to her friends stating that she was in the hospital in a foreign country and needed money so she could come back home. This one so far is the best!
God Bless,
More advice! If you are not sure of the company or what you are getting, always check the complaint and scam sites FIRST or do a check on the company/individual and check out what people are posting and DO NOT PAY WITH A CHECk OR CASH! Even Paypal offers this service. Let's band together, share and help one another! I met several employees of the US Postal service and they steal cash from Birthday Cards and other items you send or have sent to you so beware or shove the mail they can't process in the drawers or in the garbage. I always paid my bills on time but they were never received...lost my precious credit. Thieves and crooks are everywhere. My husband and I received packages with coins and other items missing but I knew what to do. You should always make sure that there is a telephone number and make sure it is legitimate! Investigate...investigate! As a last resort, try to get insurance on whatever you buy. It is only a couple of dollars and will save you a lot of grief! If you send a message through this complaint board, I will offer you other invaluable information on a private level. You can also go to the Federal Department of Justice and the FBI will get involved. There are scams everywhere and I know them and always report suspicious activity and so should you...to the proper authorities besides the complaint and scam boards!
God Bless You All!
This is what you can do: Call your credit card company and tell them that you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the credit card company will do everything in their power to get your money back! I learned this several years ago and am finding out that people don't know about this. It is part of the services that are offered with your credit card. I have had several credit card companies and if your credit card company DOES NOT OFFER YOU THIS SERVICE...get a credit card from a major company that does!
God Bless,
Irene

Refund
The advertisement and "front site" is quite professionally done and gives you the illusion that you are buying something "great". WOW, once you purchase its a totally unprofessional (dress, attitude, quite unremarkable) product. He goes into detail on how to "build a wood box"...its just horrible. Its totally not worth the money, you don't find out anything "new"
ANYBODY CAN SEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND FIND WAY MORE INFORMATION THAT THIS GUY OFFERS!
I have asked for my money back ACCORDING TO HIS 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...its more like a guarantee that you will NEVER see a refund!
This is a SCAM, and the word needs to get out that this guys is a fraud and robbing people blind! Its truly a shame.

I paid for a blank DVD from this "company". I can not reach anyone at their support department. I did contact ClickBank who sent the complaint to Power4Home. I have NOT gotten a response.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY...THESE CUMSUCKING ASSWHIPES ARE A RIP OFF!
I have never received the product I purchased... I got some DVD insted with I guess the manuals they advertized. I have requested 8 times a return address through thier web sites only to be told each time " the ticket has been closed due to inatcivity" There is no Phone number posted on thier site, , , no way to contact them other than the "ticket"... what a SCAM!
I ordered Power4Home, but never got the book. I just discovered since I forgot where I have placed the DVD. Would you please contact me and resolve this issue?
Hi my name is Luis i ordered from power 4home months ago for 57.99 and never recived my books the only thing i recived was a dvd and like u said no contact # . OMG ARE U KIDDING THERE A SCAMMMMM!
i agree they are a HUGE SCAM, they charge you out rages prices for a dvd and no books . word of the wise buyer be ware . cause when you try to refund they have no information for you to send it back or phone number to call .. they are a SCAM
i have de same problem
I ordered the Power4Home on 4/12/2012...Never arrived after I got an e-mail saying it was mailed...3 weeks later I notified them I had not received it; they asked for another deliver location, which I supplied, and they extended the 60 refund time. A month later it had not arrived, so I requested a refund. I had to request the refund 3 additional times...nothing. Finally I found the phone # for ClickBank [protected]) I called 9/12/2012 & spoke with a rep that tried to say my 60 days from 12 April had expirde. I pointed out that I had several e-mails requesting a refund before the 2nd time extension was 30 days old...she "checked" with a supervsor and got approval to refund my money $57 + dollars FINALLY.
does any one have the return address on the pover4 home blue DVD case? I sent It back but now i have to input a return notice and i didn't copy the address down when i did the certified mail.
Like you and apparently everyone else that placed an order with Power4Home DVDs, after five weeks still no DVD/ Books have been received. I too tried to contact Power4Home via their fax # [protected]) WHICH IS THE ONLY METHOD THEY LIST, but no one will return my calls. SO I recommend that everyone do what I did... Call the bank issuing your credit card and report this as possible fraud and you can get your money credited back into your account. You don't have to deal with Power4Home... If your bank wants you to take the first steps, as did my bank, you can do as I did and call ClickBank at [protected]. You will need the date of your transaction and your transaction number from ClickBank as it appears on your bank statement the day you placed the order, and be able to confirm the actual amount you paid. ClickBank must follow Federal Law and credit your account, if you have not received anything in the mail, and cannot get Power4Home to take your calls and resolve this to your satisfaction. If they stall at all, then you can go back to your bank, (or the bank issuing your credit card, and tell them you tried but could not solve the problem), and they MUST at this point do an investigation resulting in the crediting of your account. The ONLY problems you may encounter is if you purchased the DVD/ Books LONGER than 60-days ago, or if you did in fact receive something, even if it was not what you expected, and you were unable to return it.
Best of Luck!
