Power Juicer / Tristar / Terrible customer service!

Power Juicer Hell. I find myself troubled by the treatment my Mother and I have received from TriStar customer service department. I feel that you need to know that this is creating a black mark on the name of Jack LaLanne and Tristar. When I calling customer service it hangs up on you. If you call like you are ordering you get through but they go out of their way to make it impossible to return an item. Not giving you the return addres...

This is a scam. I spoke to customer service and asked to speak to a manager and no managers are there!!! The customer service rep’s say rude things and yell and put you on hold a long time when you call with problems. Note: You are calling long distance there’s no 800 number for customer service!

My Mother recently ordered two Juicers for my Sister and I at Christmas. We told her we did not want them they took too much time for our schedules. She called to return them and tell them that they sent us too many Juicers. She was told that they would call her back that it was Christmas and it was busy. When they did send a label for returning the product it was only for the additional juicer and we were told it was too late to return the others. There are no exceptions. You don’t always get the answer you want. I explained it was not the answer I wanted that was the problem but that I wanted a fair answer.

Thinking about the Power Juicer Don’t Buy it from TriStar --- Costco maybe but not TriStar.
