Since I took my blackberry leap for screen replacement (cracked screen) on the 10th December 2016, my phone is still with the outlet or God knows what happened to phone. the receipt no: 9926 R1450.00 was paid in full. Every time i visit the outlet all I get is same excuses, "we have ordered the screen, we will call you as soon as we have fitted the screen ordered" and they never call weeks until I revisit the outlet again hear another excuse, "we receive the screen but it was not working, we have sent it back it will be back in few days, we will call you then". It will be weeks until I revisit the outlet to hear another excuse.
They must either do one of this two solutions:
1. If they still have my phone they must repair to be in a working order or
2. If they have caused more damage while trying to repair, they must replace my phone with any blackberry of that value.
