Got their catalog in the mail, and wanted to order a few things I saw. Called the toll-free number in the catalog and got an Indian guy in a call center. Said i got the catalog and wanted to order a few things. The first thing he asked for was credit card info. Specifically the name of the card holder. I said my husband's name. I'm a woman, so he asked if i had permission to use the card. I said yes. He asked if my husband was avalible right now and I said he's at work. (It was around 3:00 on a Wednesday after all...) He then asked for the billing address. I told him the address, and that I wanted it to be the shipping address too. He awkwardly asked me to verify the billing address again... I said "Yes, it's all the same address. Billing and shipping." Then he hung up one me! I didn't even tell him the card number or the items i wanted!
I then called the customer service line listed in the catalog. I got another person from India! I told him I was in the middle of ordering something and was hung up on, so I ordered the item on Amazon. (which is hilarious, but true.) He said shadily "Well, my system just crashed right now, maybe-" And before he could continue I hung up.
Totally unprofessional.

I ordered two items on June 23 and paid $17.94 for expedited service so that I would receive the item by July 1. It didn't arrive band I left for vacation July 1 so I refused delivery. It took about a month to be reimbursed for the items and they refused to reimburse shipping. I called to complain and was told they would reimburse my shipping costs, then I was emailed a couple of days later and was told they decided to reverse that decision and would not reimburse me. All the way around, Potpourri Gift customer service was horrible.

I placed the order on the website www.potpourri.com, but on the next day I checked my account and it turned out that this scamming company charged me for 5 times. I contacted the customer services and the rep told me to wait. He pressed hold on and I waited about an hour, but no one took the phone and started to speak with me. The worst services and not recommended company. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Catalog Potpouri passed my credit card number on to MVQ after I tried to purchase an item for the catalog which was also a disaster. MVQ said they would return my money but Catalog Potpouri had a trick up their sleve at the end of the ordering process. Watch out. I tried to order a tee shirt from the catalog and at the end of the ordering process they asked if I wanted a $20.00 rebate. This is the scam to get the charges sent on to MVQ. When I talked to a supervisor at Potpouri she said to bad charlie.
