I, prawan sharma had called up lot of times to customer care executive to set caller tunes at my number[protected] ) bt still i cud nt get any positive response i have wasted my 5 days for a caller tune, your executive used to tell me that with in 10 mints your hellotune will b activate bt nothing happen to b on same...and if i used another process then i got a messege dat " sorry, balance is not sufficient or sorry you seem to have low balane" now i am totally disappointed because of misscommitments made by your executives(bhawana gupta, khuswant, pooja, rajni barwal, etc.)

postpaid mobile connection - not attending a call at customer care

sir,I ,an Airtel landline user for last 4 years,was given a postpaid mobile connection no.9958908880 in the month of december 'o7 which was barred once due to no address proof but second time without any reason.I called up customercare several times in this regard but there was nobody even to attend the call.It is an example of poor service and a bad name to Airtel.
