Go to the website there is an advertisement saying that you can get four posters for 2.00 each. Then, on your bank charges you see a charge for 39.80. It said nothing on the advertisement about that. Beware!

I'm so frustrated. I purchased 4 posters for a kid's room, thinking OK maybe $20. It's been 3 weeks since my order, I've received 1 poster and have thus far been charged for 3 shipments, totally $175. I've been out of town-not monitoring my debit card daily-I'm having heartburn now that I've read what everyone else has to say.

I have also been duped by this "company." I check my bank balance quite frequently and found the outrageous amount of $34 dollars charged to my account by Posterpass. I was expecting an $8 charge as the ordering webpage did not have any type of shipping and handling advertised. I called the service number and the lady on the line told me that they had charged me $26 for S+H and enrollment fees. What enrollment fees? Enrollment for what? There was no advertisement for enrollment or shipping and handling fees on their ordering webpage that was apparent to the customer. They have agreed to canceling my "enrollment" in their monthly program. I will have to wait and see if they will keep their word.

I did the same thing...I just got off the phone with my bank. I have to cancel my debit card and file a claim...I refuse to pay the $48.00! BEWARE! IF THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEN MORE THAN LIKELY THEY WILL GIVE IT TO ANOTHER BOGUS COMPANY! CANCEL YOUR CARD! I received that advice from my bank. The bank also stated that he had a similiar call from another disgruntled consumer with posterpass.com! That's insane! I will never purchase anything else online!

Check out this page: http://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/4lwMVJDdfQDcQQjJgM-5xQ/2 there is talk of beginning a class action lawsuit against the company. The mother company of this website runs alot of similar sites (some selling the same products as others that they run at grossly different prices from the exact same product) with the same shipping policies. The mother company is peel.com. Check it out and look at the commerce page and see some of the sites they run. You can look on who.godaddy.com to see that posterpass is owned by these guys. I hope the lawsuit goes through. One of the guys posting on the site I posted up there lives in the area that posterpass is based out of, so it may actually get rolling. I certainly want to be a part of it, even if I am unable to claim any funds. (I hope to get my money refunded soon, I am shipping the posters back today. I see that alot of people didn't get their money refunded though) I know that my account has been canceled, but from what I have read, I should call the credit card company and tell them not to accept any more charges from them just to be sure. The more of us that calls the credit card companies to complain, the more chance there is that they will be out on the blacklist anyway. That way no charges will ever be approved from them unless the credit card company calls the cardholder to approve it first. That way they will stop it when they see how much it is, I want to protect others from this atrocity.

So much for two dollars got charged 39 dollars this is complete B.S. and shouldn't be allowed to continue to do this to so many people.

Apparenty, this is a bait and switch deal which lures you in under false promises, then locks you into an exorbitantly priced "contract." While I did receive four posters, I have been charged for about 8, and there is a current charge pending on my account. I am currently going through the hassle of trying to stop this from recurring, but having difficulty making contact with Posterpass.com. My next step will be trying to work through my bank about stopping payment on any charges from this group. Although I think the posters are nice, I only sought to order four and let it go at that. These kinds of practices are certainly unethical, if not illegal. Be forewarned.

I was led to believe that 4 posts would cost $8.00 dollars, my bank account was charged for $39.00 dollars, and later an additional charge of 48.00, I did not authorize either charge and would greatly appreciate any possible way to rectify this unfortunate situation, of fraud. Poster pass is a very fraudulent company that lies and misleads individuals!

I authorized a one time charge only and have been sent and billed for 2 additional unsolicited mailings. The most recent charge is $48.00. I returned these unsolicited posters and instructed my bank not to authorize any additional payment to Poster Pass. I have also sent an e-mail to Poster Pass stating that the 2 unsolicited cartons are being returned and that I expect a full refund of the payments deducted from my account. I have not yet heard from Poster Pass, but I will keep this on a close diary to ensure that I receive my refund.

I took a survey online and in order to get a laptop I agreed to buy 4 posters for $2.00 each with a $1.95 shipping & handling. I was just charged $39.00 and another charge for $48.00. I had to call my credit card company in order to stop the charges. I did not agree to these. Not to mention I just opened my door and another Posterpass box was outside with more posters. Everyone should report them to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and the State Attorney Generals Office. This business should be sued for deceptive practices, fraud and ruining God knows how many peoples credit. The box will be returned to sender at the nearest DHL location.

I also signed up for the the poster deal four posters for $2.00 each , when I received my credit card statement I was shocked when I saw the $39.00 charge. The first thing I did was call the company and left a message, because it was to late to speak to anyone. I told them I better get a call back on monday because ,first I am calling the credit card company to dispute the charges then I am going to the post office to ship them back and I want a full refund including what I pay to ship the posters back. I'll bet my life it won't cost $31.00 shipping. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I was sent 2 orders of unwanted and unordered posters, at a ridiculous price of $22.00 each! The original deal was for 4 posters at $2 each. I never got the 4, only 2 for $39 total! Rip-off company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I also signed up for the 4 posters for $2 each offer, which said it was $2 per poster + shipping and handling. I would have been ok with even $10 for shipping, even though I doubt it costs that much to ship a poster, but $31? Come on. Total scam. Do not sign up.

I received posters I did not order and was billed 39.00 on 2 separate occasions. I will no longer receive mail or deliveries from you since I did not authorize these charges! I was under the impression that I would be billed 9.95 for 4 posters and was I surprised to find that this was a lie! I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE POSTERS AND I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER ANY LONGER. IF THIS KEEPS UP I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NO MORE ANYTHING, and I would expect my account to be corrected for the 2 unauthorized payments of 39.00

I was a similar victim. Charged extra $33.00 after returning poster (unopened)! to them. This is a terrible scam, but I should remember - there is no free pass.

The same thing happened to me! I just found the $39 charge on may bank statement! There was no mention of a charge like this. The order was for 4 $2 posters.

How can they do this. I hope they cancel this when I call? HOW DO WE STOP THEM? I DID GET MY 4 $2 POSTERS.

PosterPass.com - i agree with all complaints, but have never even got my posters, and it's been since april 23. I don't get any response from them. I've lost 83.00 on this crap deal, the better business bureau should know about these people.

I had the exact same thing happen. It said four poster for $2/ea. When I check my statement online I was charged $39. There was no mention whatsoever of these other charges. Not even a little asterisk or star by the price. I had to call my bank and and go through this huge hassle.

I as well as others have the same complaint about the shipping charge as well as being charged 44.00 for subscription fee in which i hadn't even received the first posters. Payment was made 4/23/07 it's now 5/12/07 and no notification or update as to where my posters are. At least other companies will keep you abreast. Also i was told when the second shipment of posters {that i didn't even get to pick}came, return to sender for refund. I see if i don't receive the posters by this week i will call them again if no resolution, maybe the BETTER BUSINESS GROUP can help.
