Go to the website there is an advertisement saying that you can get four posters for 2.00 each. Then, on your bank charges you see a charge for 39.80. It said nothing on the advertisement about that. Beware!

I ordered 4 posters and I received 4 posters one day and then 2 days later received 2 more posters I did not order. I ordered the ones that were advertised 4 for $2.00 each. I love the fact that the word, each, is very small and easy to miss, but that was okay. The worst part was when I realized that they charged me $33.96 and then $39.80 4 days later and then $39.80 again 3 days later along with some international ATM fees of $1.19 and $1.02. Funny I didn't think it was international from Illinois to North Carolina. And when I called about it I was told that they would reimburse me only the one fee of $39.80. Awful expensive posters that aren't even framed. Believe me I also called the bank.

I am real pissed off about this posterpass.com. I agreed to a one time purchase of 5 posters for $1 apiece. For whatever reason, after the first five posters, they sent me another two posters. Tonight, I see on the website that the initial purchase has free shipping and handling, but the posters would cost $25. I was never told of this when doing my purchase. I also apparently have signed up for a membership unknowingly. They never even sent me an e-mail or anyting saying I had a membership. On my debit card, I was charged $25.oo, 39.80, 39.80, 0.80, 25.00, and 39.80. I only purchased the initial posters 2 weeks ago, and have only received a total of 7 posters, yet I keep getting charged. It's ridiculous.

This company is ridiculous. They have this offer for 4 posters for $2.00 each, plus shipping and handling. Who on god's green earth would ever think that shipping fees would be $26.00? They charged my card $33.96 for 4 posters. Why would I ever pay that much for 4 meesly posters. I called them, and surprise! They say if you put return to sender. it can take 4 weeks to get your refund. So to get it quicker, I have to spend more of my money to mail it directly to them. I'm curious to see if it will cost me $26.00.

I was only a memeber for 2 weeks and they shipped 4 shipments are 39.80 already. Also charged a 39.80 fee on top of the original "deal" of 5 posters for $5 each. Just canceled and sending back all shipments, they say they will refund when they receive.

The very same thing happened to me as April. I was suckered into the 5 or 25$. I'll never shop a website again with out looking it up first. I was charged 39$, which sent my account into the negatives. I am calling Poser Pass on Monday to demand they take the poser back AND refund my money. I will try to get back to you with the results...

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! I contacted Posterpass again because another charge was added to my credit card, this time for $39. I have not received any shipment and now they have charged me over $70. The salesman said that he would refund the money when I send the merchandise back. This is pretty difficult to do when I haven't gotten any merchandise to send back.

I was also scammed. I was recently charged $33.96 for 4 posters. When I contacted customer service, the gentleman explained that the extra charges were because of shipping. This would come to over $6 for EACH POSTER. I asked him to cancel my "account" which I was not aware I had created. He sent me a cancellation email and I will still be charged for the posters. I told him that I would let everyone I know that this is a terrible company to purchase from.

I was scared when I ordered my posters because I did not have a receipt to review before my order was processed. I have to watch every dime so I called their number but it was after hours so I left a message to call me with the shipping charges. They never did . I called the two days later and was then told I had not read the fine print and the extra charges were because I was joining a club.

I feel that this was a case of someone else deciding how to spend my money, taking it from my bank account and then telling me I had no right to be angry about it. . B.S! That's bank fraud. That's larceny. It is incredibly disrespetful and deceiving. Let me see what I'm buying and I'll decide if I wish to buy it. That is the basis of fair trade. I think the posters are lovely and was truly looking forward to having them. This really leaves a bad feeling about something so incredibly trivial that it just makes me even madder.

The amount added to the $2/per poster cost was over $30! I ordered four @$2 but I was billed $39.56 ; that's $8 for the posters and @31.56 for something I never asked to be apart of. I did not in any way shape or form join a club. I might have, had I seen what I was joining in and if it was of value TO ME. I was not given the opportunity to review any such information.

Their representative said it was in "the terms of agreement" posted at the bottom of the page. This is not how information of a purchase is to be presented to a potential buyer. The seller is bound by law to be above board and overt in their product and its price.

Now I have to send back something I wanted and wait to be reimbursed for the $39.56 which will inevitably be reduced to keep the shipping...which I will have to pay AGAIN to send it back.

This is usurious and scurrilous behavior from an American vendor. You don't build a business reputation by doing more harm than good to your customer base. What has happened to this county? Why does every business feel the need to push greed over integrity? I am ashamed of this company. I cannot support this kind of tactic.

I too was taken in. I ordered 4 posters for $8.00 and was sent 3 posters and charged $39.90. Less than a week later I received my 4th poster along with 2 others I did not order and was charged another $39.90. Of course this being Saturday, they are not open, so I have to wait 2 more days to call them. There was nothing in the add that mentioned any kind of club or having to order more posters. I am contacting the BBB right after sending this complaint. I am also getting a new ATM card so this can't happen again. fJudging by the compaints, this company shoud be out of business.

I have had the same problems as so many of you except I am being billed from two companies posterpass.com and homeartsdirect.com and they both bill me everyother week. I cannot seem to ever contact them. I have tried writing letters and calling with no luck. I have sent back every poster that i received except for the first 4 that I ordered. I cannot find an email address for them either. I tried logging onto "my account" but low and behold they have no account for me so how can they keep billing me. Seems like you can only be billed from someone you have an account with. Any suggestions!

Just ordered 3 posters for .99 each. Was charged $34.00 for the 3 and sent 3 more at the same time for another charge of $39.00! Not once did i see anything about sending more posters or that insane price! I ordered them because they were only .99, taken off my child support debit card! I live on practically nothing and have 4 kids to support. I am so fricking angry, how dare these people rip everyone off and get away with it.

I agree completely. I cancelled my membership. I was shipped 4 posters also, and before ever receiving what was supposed to be my monthly posters I was charged
also the $44.00 and had not even received the next two posters. I am still waiting for a full refund. These people need to be closed down.

I saw 4 poster for . 2.oo I got charged with 39.00 the first time. Second time 48.00 and 3rd time 48.00 the second and third time was only two posters each and i did not order them. I called to cancel the lady said she could cancel but i had posters in the mail they would cancel after those. i said i didn't order any. They took me for 135.00. After i cancel they must have sent my account information to PL INC phone number [protected] which you get is a recording and no one calls you back. I had 48.00 taken recently out of my account from them when you call it says hit 2 forposter pass. they have 4 other companies they deal with.

My daughter ordered 4 posters on a credit card for $8.00. She received 2 shipments a week apart. We received our credit card statement showing two charges made to it - one for $34 on April 14 and another for $48 on April 18. My daughter called PosterPass to cancel her "membership" and told them she'd return the second shipment. PosterPass said the membership was in the terms and conditions, but she was not aware of them. I looked at their website yesterday and made a nasty phone call to "Nate" at PosterPass. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission about this website and their fraudulent practices and have asked our credit card company to dispute the charges. We have also cancelled our credit card to stop charges. Interestingly, PosterPass changed their "Details and Terms" yesterday afternoon to show their exorbitant charges.

I've been suckered in as well. An intial charge of $34.00, and then three additional charges of $48 each. I receive the posters...but $178 ?! I will contact my bank to stop payments on the debit card, but doubt I will have any recourse on the money they have already stolen.

Yeah um... cr*p.

The only reason I bothered to even go by the advertised offer of 4 posters for 2 dollars was because they were affiliated with a game I'm playing and I was suppose to get credit for the purchase, didn't even get that. I read everything, I didn't bother to google it before the order. So I'm going to call on monday, I doubt I will have any luck, but as spiteful as I am, we'll see if they get away with anything. I have minor connections with the FTC and internet business fraud is a huge issue that is soon to be cracked down on. I'll see what I can do everyone, don't worry SOMETHING will be done. That I can promise.

This is my opinion and mine only, nothing against ANYONE personally; but I want to share what happened to me. I wish I never had clicked on this offer. After my box of posters.:I let them know I was not happy with what they chgd me for 4 posters, supposedly 2.00 each; I told them only 3 posters were in the box. So therefore, I PAID postage to send the box back and got a tracking receipt from the postoffice. I tracked it, and PosterPass recd the pkg. 2 days later. A representative, who by the way, sounded as young as my teenager, told me he clicked the button for a refund that day; it has been OVER 3 weeks now; it does NOT take that long to get a refund. I had to get a refund from another co. for product return and got my refund WITHIN 3 days. PLEASE CONSIDER WHAT HAS HAPPENED to us ; do not choose to order from this co. unless you want to gamble your hard-earned money away... I just do not want anyone else to lose their money...

I too ordered the introductory shipment, then was shipped three more shipments in three weeks. I returned the three unwanted shipments and am still waiting for the charges to be reversed off my credit card. Has anyone gotten any satisfaction/refund from this place or am I out $144 for merchandise I don't even have and had to pay to return because they use DHL, which doesn't even deliver to my town?!

In the help section of Posterpass, it says " Shipping and handling for your introductory offer is $19.05," but even with this and the $8 for the poster the price charged on the credit card should then only be $27.05.

I ordered posters, did not see any reference to club or requirements. When I called and spoke to a representative I was told to return the posters for a refund. I have documentation from the post office that the posters were accepted on your end early December 2007. I have received no reimbursement as of yet. Please respond. Thank you

I got sucked in this racket too. I called my credit card company and ask that my card number be changed. They don't sent you a receipt with your shipments so you don't know what is on your credit card until after the fact. Here we are complaining, can't we do more? I wish a huge fraud sign would jump up every time Poster Pass was looked up. I wish people could be warned about this site. What could we do?

Molly.

THIS COMPANY IS DOING BUSINESS, SLYING, IN THE FINE PRINT OF ANY OFFER. I, too, ordered posters last month only to receive MORE than I thought I ordered but I figured I did do this and did not remember what I picked. NOW, I HAVE A NEW CHARGE THIS MONTH FOR $48 -- for what I don't know! When I called PosterPass I was told that I accepted "MEMBERSHIP" when I placed my order last month ! It was in the FINE writing somewhere. But you know, when you become a member of a site, don't you get a welcome e-mail saying something like we are glad you are NOW a MONTHLY MEMBER and go to the SITE because you will be shipped ANYTHING if you don't pick it out?

I have worked with attys for 35+ yrs -- I've demanded my money be put back into my account TODAY and BE REMOVED from any sort of membership with this site. I am on disability and this is a LOT OF MY MONEY MISSING FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT RIGHT AT CHRISTMAS!

I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

The same thing happened to me. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but now PosterPass scoundrels are disputing my dispute! They sent posters, but charged more than the offer, and then they kept sending posters and billing more and more for them. No invoices, you just notice ridiculous charges on your account! Crazy!

I fell for their 4 posters for $2 each scam also! I checked my Bank Statement and seen that I was Charged $34.68! For $ Posters? That is a RIP OFF! Their ad miss leads you. They don't say about the hidden Shipping&Handling Charges! Now, I have an Over Draft Charge because of their Hidden Charges! I'm a Single Mom trying to live on S.S.I., I thought that I would buy 4 Posters for Cheap Christmas gifts! Boy, was I taken for a ride! I did call and was told that the $34.68 will be put back into my account in 3-7 Business days! Will see? But,I'm Still Stuck with a Large Over Draft Charge! These People Need to be Stopped! They are ripping People Off Big Time!

I filled a complaint with the BBB. I had to enter the company information (which I hope was legit) to file. I also was sent an additional shipment that I had not ordered. I canceled my bank card too. I recommend that as many people contact the BBB regarding this. This company needs to be stopped.
