Today I had some issues with the website. On one of my most recent orders, I had selected one poster to order, in the end my order had been for two. I pressed the "reorder" button thinking it must allow me to correct or change my order. Instead another poster was ordered. I have tried to use the email provided on the website, and the phone number, but to no avail. Now I am worried I will be stuck with three of the same posters, and have wasted my money.

I have ordered a "I want to believe poster" from this site. But before I made my order I contacted Poster Revolution customer service and their rep assured me that poster was in stock so I made my order. That was a present for a friend and it was important to get it on time. About two weeks later someone from Poster Revolution contacted me and said that my poster was sold out and no longer available! I am extremely disappointed with their service! Because of them I did not have time to order something else. They cancelled my order and gave my money back, but they also ruined my surprise and I will not buy from them again!

I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive a week ago. As of this morning it was still "being prepared for shipment" . My letters went unanswered, and so I cancelled my ordered. Fact which is still to be acknowledged. They have a horrible reputation, and ZERO interest in their customers. Total lack of interest in their terrible reputation. Do not order from this company. It's a complete rip off.

Don’t deal with the liars from the company www.posterrevolution.com. I purchased puzzle from them, and I got the email that the order would be sent within 3 days. 5 days later and I haven’t got any shipping details. When I contacted the seller, he told me that the item was out of stock. But when I checked the website, it showed that they had two puzzles. They lied, but no idea why.

DO NOT BUY FROM POSTER REVOLUTION. We had a miserable experience. Did not get the posters we paid for and after 4 months, they refused to refund money or send new posters. Arrogant customer support and demeaning behavior. These are their words " you can do what you want.Take it up with your credit card company". How can a business take your money and not deliver the promised goods?

I placed an order for four posters, two with poster hangers and two without. I received two separate shipping emails but both had the same tracking number. I received a package with the two posters without the poster hangers. I waited a day but no second package arrived. I then emailed and waited two days with no response. I then called, waited on hold for 45 minutes to be connected to a CSR who had to email a supervisor my issue so there was no resolution. I asked the CSR how long I had to wait for an answer and he said I should be receiving an email in 24 to 48 hours. I asked him why he couldn't resolve my issue and he really didn't have an answer for me. Basically they hire people to answer the phone to take a message. He did not give me the option of cancelling the order and getting a refund or anything at all -- it was just him keeping me on the phone for five minutes while he typed an email to his supervisor. Regardless of how this plays out this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had (and I order a lot of stuff off the Internet) and I will not buy from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews 1st before ordering. I fell into the same trap of the great rates & professional website which is apparently a total front. I paid for next day shipping and they charged my account immediately but it has been over a week and I have not received anything. I have called customer service about 50 times and can't get through to an actual person. I am told to leave a message which I have done but no response!

Stay away from ordering items from this company. They do not honor the sevices paid for and then refure to work with customers to resolve the issues they create. I paid for Expedite shipping. They shipped 1/2 the order and 2nd half was shipped 7 days later. They claim Expedite shiping order leave the warehouse in less than 2 days. To make matters worst they refuse to credit the charge for expedite shipping. Would not work in assisiting me getting a replacement in time for a birthday gift. We couldn't finish a room make over because Poster revolution failed to assist me as a customer in a professional manner.

I ordered from Poster Revolution through Amazon. I've never had an issue with ordering from an outside vendor through Amazon until my experience with Poster Revolution, which was absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 posters, and only received one of them, which was damaged. I submitted feedback through amazon and I contacted Poster Revolution. They were more interested in me removing the negative feedback than resolving the issue with the order. Avoid them at ALL costs.

Total scam and a bag of lies. Website claims poster will leave next business day. I paid for 2-3 shipping, so I should have had the poster in 3-4 business days. It will be 6 business days before I get my poster. Customer service was demeaning and tried to make me look like an idiot without seeing it from my perspective, then told me how all of this "processing time" information was found on the website, when I can find only 1 day to process. Lied to me. Rude. Don't buy from this company.
