POSTER PASS/ 2 DOLLAR POSTERS / RUINED MY BANK ACCOUNT

I HAD VERY LITTLE IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, I CAME ACROSS 4 POSTERS FOR 2 BUCKS EACH .THAT WAS IT ,NO SIGNS OF ADDITIONAL RATE'S . 3 DAYS LATER I LOOKED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND IT WAS 48.00 OVER DRAWN. I JUMPED ON THE PHONE TO THE BANK AND FOUND OUT WHY . POSTERPASS TOOK 39.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND IT . WELL ITS 3 WEEKS LATER THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT . MY ACCOUNT IS FROZE.
